In recent years, the livestock and poultry breeding industry of our country has gradually transferred to the northeast, while the winter in the northeast is long and cold, this environment will reduce the feed conversion rate and the performance of livestock and poultry, therefore, it is important to the livestock and poultry in winter. That is the urgent problem to be solved for now, how to decrease the temperature fluctuation of the animal house, slow down the loss of the temperature inside the animal house, satisfy the requirement of the growth of livestock and poultry. The porous structure of self thermal insulation block of foam concrete makes it light and the heat insulation effect of that is very excellent, meanwhile, as the inorganic thermal insulation material, So in the livestock and poultry of steel structure, to reasonably use self thermal insulation block of foam concrete as the material of cold resistance is a good way to improve the environmental temperature of the livestock and poultry, Through reviewing literature and preliminary test, this paper screens out hydrogen peroxide of 27% as foaming agent, cement and fly ash as cement materials, admixture like calcium stearate and poly carboxylic acid to prepare foamed concrete. Then compounded the foamed concrete core materials of the density of grade 200, 250, 300 with the foamed concrete substrate of the density of grade 500, 700, 900, the thickness of composite substrate is 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, in this paper we choose orthogonal design of()49L3, arranging test plan to prepare nine groups of self thermal insulation block of foamed concrete. Through the experimental test and data analysis, determine the optimum parameters of the composite.According to the test data and managing of all the performance indexes of self thermal insulation block of foamed concrete, we analyze that:(1) With the increase of foam concrete density, its compression strength and thermal conductivity are increasing, the heat-retaining property getting worse, The absorption rate of quality decreasing, but the water absorption rate of volume changes little;(2) Through analyzing the test data, the average thermal conductivity of the first group, the fourth group and the seventh group is 0.5548 W/(m·K), and the average compression strength of that is 0.99 MPa, although that satisfy the thermal conductivity requirements, but the compression strength is too low;(3) The substrate bulk density is not suitable for being less than 700 kg/m3, otherwise it is difficult to meet the requirements of the standard of compression strength;(4) After 50 freeze-thaw cycles, the compression stress of the lowest rate are the third group, the sixth group and the ninth group of the test block, so the density of the substrate is the greatest impact of the composite block of the strength loss;(5) In the analysis of the double index experiment of the orthogonal test, through the Comprehensive balance method, we get that optimum level test is 250 kg/m3 core material density, 900 kg/m3 substrate bulk density and 30 mm wall thickness, that provides the basis of subsequent production of self thermal insulation block of foam concrete. From the perspective of new materials, this article tells the development of a kind of self thermal insulation block of foamed cement which has low density, through the optimization of mixture ratio and the determination of heat-insulating property, mechanical property and frost resistance, it will provide adequate theoretical support for the development and application of self thermal insulation block in the practical engineering, which is to comprehensively evaluating the use value and application prospect of the new self thermal insulation block.
