In recent years, the industrialized raising pig has developed rapidly. People attach more and more importance to piggery environmental control problem; piggery ventilation is the most critical thermal environment factor for the healthy life of pigs, but winter in the north of livestock and poultry shed temperature and ventilation is a important contradiction, using traditional ventilation to corral the energy consumption of large, heat loss, energy waste, in order to solve this problem this topic research made applicable to the north new ventilator piggery winter wind.This topic in line with the aim of efficient ventilation, effective energy saving developed a new type of solar ventilation heat changer, made full use of solar energy and recycling waste heat to heat into the inner air to air. Theory research for a new solar ventilation heat changer is made, structural design, prototype production and actual test, and adopts the method of combining theory and experiment were studied. For making the prototype experiment and comparative analysis, the heat transfer mechanism with the data collector is measured on the test data record, the test data for statistical analysis. Through experiment shows that this device can act as efficient ventilation, and can solve the problem of ventilation and heat preservation in winter of contradictory.Based on the heat transfer mechanism of the prototype test and contrast test with conditions the relevant data were statistically analyzed to get the following conclusions:(1) single ventilator can provide 2400 m3/h for livestock and poultry ventilation rate, can meet the corral summer most of 50 m2 chase air volume requirements.(2)Solar ventilator can increase the average temperature of the inlet air by 10℃ and provide 478332 kJ of indoor heat during 24 hours, being equivalent to 132 KWH.(3) after a ventilator outdoor cold air to promote the total quantity of heat is 4.167 kJ/s. The solar-thermal section provides the heat for 1.563 kJ/s, Electric coupling provide heat is 0.25 kJ/s, so the heat exchange section provides heat is 1.614 kJ/s, external heat is 0.75 kJ/s, and solar heat exchanging heat section provides the most significant. Solar ventilator reduces the piggery heating energy consumption and the equipment to do the high efficiency heating, ventilation effectively.(4) solar ventilator balance point temperature is 4.7℃, the temperature outside, under the condition of not less than 4.7 ℃for retaining structure of the thermal resistance of the test room, can undertake heating can not meet the normal ventilation equilibrium temperature.In this paper, the new solar ventilation heat changer has simple structure, low cost, transportation, installation is convenient, the closed piggery and northern region winter ventilation effect is good. Not only can improve the temperature of in piggery, improve the inner air environment, can reduce the production cost more.
