The coal mining has brought the serious ecological and environmental problems in the northwest arid mining area,the dry climate and barren soil has seriously affected the vegetation restoration in arid mining area.In this paper, based on Shanxi Province twelfth five-year major projects,to mine gangue mountain in datong, xinzhou kiln as the research background,using single strain separation, purification and mixed fermentation of microbial technology made composite microbial agents, and under laboratory conditions for the aerobic organic compost experiment of composite microbial agents,the prepared organic compost was applied to potted water controlling experiment of Pinus tabulaeformis, simulation study on the self research of compound biofertilizer on mine soil improvement effects of drought. Comparative analysis of different modified material on the improvement effect of mine soil, in order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for soil improvement and ecological restoration for the Datong mining area and similar arid Northwest Mining Area.The main research results of this paper are:(1)By the experiment of single bacteria separation and mixed fermentation of compound microbial, preparing one inorganic phosphorus strains, three organic phosphorus strains, two potassium strains and one azotobacter strain, no antagonism between each other. Adopt two kinds of different mixed fermentation methods, compared the fermentation time and effect,and do the culture experimrnt of diffent amount of bacteria to the fermentation effect of subculture,and then prepared the liquid compound microbial inoculants which was adapt to datong local composting.(2)The results of single index determination of organic compost experiment of compound microbial agents shows that the composite microbial inoculums of independent research and development and business mature can well promot the maturity of compost.GI and PH, humic acid E4/E6,organic matter content and total amount of N showed a higher correlation,correlation coefficient reached 0.91, 0.99, 0.97 and 0.99.The principal components analysis and comprehensive evaluation results show that the research bacterial manure compost have the best effect, followed by commercial composting, blank compost is the worst.(3)The study of compound microbial bacterial fertilizer in soil improvement on drought mining area show that adding compound microbial agents and organic manure can well improve the soil moisture content, reduce soil bulk density, increase soil porosity,improving soil acid-base property, maintain reasonable soil soluble salt content,and can largely improve the soil available nutrient content and increase the variety and quantity of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes and other beneficial microorganisms in soil.Soil index showed moderate correlation and strong correlation level.The comprehensive evaluation results of soil improvement effect show that the addition of compound bacterium agent and organic manure can well improve soil.Among them, commercial compost have the best improved effec, followed by the research composting,slightly worse than commercial composting,but obviously better than blank compost.Compound microbial inoculant is between blank control(CK) and the blank compost.
