Stock enhancement has been widely used in various sea areasriverbasin, as an important means of China’s fishery proliferation. Stock enhancement activities can restore the declining fishery resources, as well as improve the ecological environment condition.However, the process of stock enhancement is lack of scientific guidance and scientific evaluation, it would bring a lot of risks in the aspect of wild resources genetic diversity, population structure, the water ecosystems structure and function,etc.Therefore, we urgently need to build up a risk assessment aystem for stock enhancement, in order to solve the problems of stock enhancement, and to avoid the blindness of stock enhancement. The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Construction of a risk assessment framework for stock enhancement. The first step is hazard identification, which including the three aspects: genetics diversity, ecological fitness and population health. Then, according to the probability of risk occurrence and severity of hazard consequences, this paper has a hazard characterization. Fianally, using analytical hierarehy process to analysis the stock enhancement process of typical hazards and hazard exposure pathway, and assessing stock enhancement risk, in order to determine the risk level of stock enhancement. It supply basis and reference for the decision-making of risk communication and risk management on stock enhancement.(2)Choose a typical waters, and address how to choose suitable species for Stock enhangcement: Firstly, to comparison of Laizhou Bay’s fishery resources over 30 years.to identify the declining species; Then combining the biological characteristics and economic value and following the basic principles of resource restoration, ecological restoration. Finally, we have selected suitable species of stock enhancement on Laizhou Bay. By using “risk assessment framework for stock enhancement” to evaluate species, which provide scientific basis for the future of Laizhou Bay stock enhancement activities.(3)Patinopecten yessoensis is a example to use of conservation biology and population genetics theory and risk assessment technology, in order to study the genetic background of cultured population and natural population. Aquaculture has the effect to ecosystem stress mechanism in the aspect of the population, community and ecosystem multiple level system. Based on this this paper determine the aquaculture risk assessment technical indicators, and provide the prevention and control measures from the protection of the environment, scientific enhancement planning and genetic monitoring program.(4)The genetic risk of intertidal mudflat culture Sipunculus nudus were studied preliminarily. Characterization of microsatellite loci in 48 Sipunculus nudus individuals, in order to lay the foundation for the next step of risk assessment. This study established fisheries enhancement risk assessment framework, which can provide scientific guidance to ensure that the stock enhancement has of has important significance on the resources restoration and ecological restoration.
