Research On Risk Management Of Muyuan Shares Based On Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Proces

Pork is the main consumer product of meat for Chinese residents.The development of the pig industry has a great impact on the "vegetable basket" project of thousands of households in China,and it is currently a major livelihood issue in my country.However,the standardization level of pig breeding in my country is generally low,and pig breeding enterprises have insufficient understanding of risk management and control,and have not established a corresponding risk management system in the process of production and operation.Therefore,how to control the impact of various risks on the pig breeding industry and the impact of the current epidemic on the industry,so that the development of the pig breeding industry can return to the right track,is an urgent problem to be solved at present.This paper selects Muyuan Foods Co.,ltd.,a leading enterprise in the pig breeding industry,as the research object.In carding domestic and international risk management field,on the basis of relevant information,along the path of risk identification,risk assessment,and risk response,used FAHP,the risk management of Muyuan Foods Co.,ltd.is analyzed.research.The following are the main research work and conclusions of this paper:First,based on the development status and industry characteristics of the pig breeding industry in recent years,identify the possible risk factors in the pig breeding industry;Comparing and analyzing with the pig enterprises,it is found that the operation and management effect of Muyuan Co.,Ltd.is better;thirdly,the FAHP is used to build a model,and after comprehensive calculation and analysis,it can be concluded that some important risk factors are more effective in the risk management of Muyuan Co.,Ltd.Well,there are some risk factors that have a greater impact on the industry,which are also key risk points for Muyuan Foods Co.,ltd.,while environmental policy risks that have relatively little impact on the industry are at a higher risk level in Muyuan Foods Co.,ltd.;finally,based on the evaluation results,the summary The experience of Muyuan Co.,Ltd.in risk response,analyzes the problems existing in its risk response and puts forward corresponding improvement measures,in order to help Muyuan Co.,Ltd.to improve the ability of risk management,and also certain lessons for the industry to strengthen risk management...
