Lilium davidii var.unicolor is a variation of Lilium davidii Duchartre, the bulb is white and sweet vary much. It gains popularity for highly medicinal value and nutritive value. So the price continues rising. The enthusiasm that farmers grow lily is vary high. But lily is a minor and characteristic crop, and the research of growing technology is relatively backword, lack of standardization of planting techniques, resulting in a decline in yield and quality. The experiment aimed to study systematically for two problem, which are irrational fertilization and emergence difficulties because of drought in Spring, aim to summarize the techniques of scientific fertilization and reasonable covered cultivation, forming a complete technique of scientific fertilization and reasonable coverage, achieve the goal of higher yield and quality. The main results are as follows:1. The influence of different covered ways for Lilium davidii var.unicolor’s production and quality. Study the influence of three covered ways, black film,white film and wheat straw, for production and quality of Lilium davidii var. unicolor. The results show that, Three covered ways have the function of improving advancedly emergence and germination rate, increasing production and quality. The emergence of white film is the earliest, when at the 40 d, the germination rate is the highest, which is 87.02%, increased by 19.99 than control. When covered with wheat straw, the yield and econnmic income are the highest, they are 11670.33 kg·hm-2 and 169320.06 yuan·hm-2,increased by 35.01% and 73.76% than control group. The content of polysaccharides and total saponins is 20.32% and 1.426 mg·g-1, increased by 82.77% and 113.97% than control group.2. The influence of formula fertilization for Lilium davidii var.unicolor’s emergence and growth. “3414”formula fertilization was used in studying the influence of different ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer on the growth of Lilium davidii var.unicolor. When fertilizer N 240 kg·hm-2, P2O5 90 kg·hm-2, K2 O 150 kg·hm-2, the time is advanced 6 days than control, when the 40 days, the germination rate increased by 11.9% than control. When fertilizer N 240 kg·hm-2, P2O5 90 kg·hm-2, K2 O kg·hm-2, the average plant height is the biggest, which is 26.49 cm, and increased by 24.64% than control group; the stems thick of plant is the biggest, which is 0.706 cm, increased by 33.97% than control group.3. The results show that, when fertilizer N 240 kg·hm-2, P2O5 135 kg·hm-2, K2 O 150 kg·hm-2, the annual plant biomass and bulb weight are the highest, are 48.34 g and 31.00 g, increased by 35.22% and 11.03% than control group; The biennial bulbs yield is highest which is 12155.52 kg·hm-2, increased by 39.93% than control group, and the economic income is 178747.31yuan·hm-2. By the quadratic equation fertilizer effect function of lily production and economic benefit, reach a optimal fertilizer quantity: N 225 kg·hm-2, P2O5 125 kg·hm-2, K2 O 185 kg·hm-2, the production is 11794.97 kg·hm-2, the economic income is 169911.56 yuan·hm-2.4. The influence of formula fertilization for Lilium davidii var.unicolor’s quality. Ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer with no significant impact of on t quality of he annual lily, but for the biennial lily have a significant impact. when fertilizer N 240 kg·hm-2, P2O5 135 kg·hm-2, K2 O 150 kg·hm-2, the content of water solubility extraction and polysaccharides is highest, are 67.39% and 19.29%, increased by 5.86% and 92.10% than control group. when fertilizer N 240 kg·hm-2、P2O5 90 kg·hm-2、K2O 150 kg·hm-2, the content of total saponins is 2.03 mg·g-1,increased by 159.62% than control group.
