Greenhouse over-fertilization with chemical fertilizers causes soil secondary pollution, and may destroyed the physical and chemical condition of the soil ultimately resulting in threat to humans. But application of bio-organic fertilizer can relieve these negative effects which made by artificial chemical fertilizers. Bio-organic fertilizers are made from biomass, they have combination effects of microorganism fertilizer and biology fertilizer, and complete nutrition elements, they can also improve quality of agricultural products, so, they are environmental- friendly fertilizers, should been popularized widely. Mineral powders are easy to get, and they have positive effects when processed by smashing and sitallization. But application of bio-organic fertilizers and mineral powders on cherry-tomato production have rarely been reported, so, this experiment took cherry-tomato cultivated in substrate as the material, fertilizing chemical fertilizer as CK, combined with 2 kinds of bio-organic fertilizer(N-P-K=1-7-2 and N-P-K=1-3-3) and other two kinds of mineral powder PP and PBMB at the level of local custom(CK), studied the effect on growth, yield, quality and substrate condition. Results showed that:1. Compared with CK, each treatment promoted EC and contents of total N, available N, P and K in substrate, enhanced plant uptake amount of nutrient; T2 and T4 enhanced activities of Urase and Catalase, T1 and T3 enhanced activities of Neutral Phosphatase and Invertase; Agronomic efficiency of T2 and T4 were 2.48 kg/kg and 1.33 kg/kg.2. Compared with CK, each treatment had positive effects on plant height, stem diameter, node number, internodal length and root-shoot ratio, and T2 was the best treatment. Dry mass accumulation of root and stem of 4 treatments were significantly higher than CK by 12.64%-40.23% and 2.09%-24.22%. Uptake amount of P and K of 4 treatments were significantly higher than CK by 7.19%-13.28% and 4.79%-12.91%. Compared with other treatments, T2 improved photosynthesis of plant leaves significantly, and had a 19.23% improvement than CK.3. Compared with CK, each treatment promoted single fruit weight and yield of cherry-tomato, and T2 got the highest yield, 80.71t/hm2, increased by 16.07% than CK. In the fruits of each treatment, content of VC and soluble solid matter increased, organic acid content decreased; T2 had higher sugar content than other treatment, so as the sugar/acid ratio, had the best taste.
