In recent years,unreasonably long years of unreasonable farming and excessive application of chemical fertilizers have caused deterioration of soil physical properties and increased soil fertility,directly affecting the growth of flue-cured tobacco and the quality of tobacco leaves.This has become one of the serious problems faced by the development of flue-cured tobacco.The water and fertilizer integration technology is a technology that applies water and fertilizers to the fields at the same time,and it has the contemporary agricultural management techniques of saving water,saving fertilizer,and protecting the environment.Therefore,in this paper,the integration of water and fertilizer technology,in accordance with the growth and development of tobacco fields,and the traditional fertilization conventional fertilization techniques to study the integration of water and fertilizer on the growth and and development of flue-cured tobacco,root activity activity and photosynthetic characteristics,dry matter accumulation,absorption an accumulation of mineral nutrients,production and quality,etc The experiment was conducted in Qinghe Township,Fangcheng County,Nanyang City in 2016.The main research results are as follows:(1)The integrated fertilization with water and fertilizer had no significant effect on the number of effective leaves of tobacco plants.Compared with the conventional fertilization with furrow irrigation,integrated fertilization with water and fertilizer significantly increased field growth indicators such as leaf length,leaf width,plant height,stem circumference,and leaf area.The disease resistance of tobacco plants under the integrated treatment of water and fertilizer was significantly higher than that of conventional fertilization treatment.(2)The dry matter accumulation amount of root,stem and leaf of the integrated fertilizer application of water and fertilizer increased by 26.49%,33.98% and 36.93% compared with the dry matter accumulation of conventional fertilization treatment.It shows that under the conditions of water and fertilizer integration,the dry matter accumulation of tobacco bead can be significantly improved.(3)The root volume,the total absorption area,the active absorption area and the specific surface area of the tobacco-planting integrated fertilization treatment were all higher than those of the control treatment.Compared with conventional fertilization in furrow irrigation,they increased by 15.82%,27.17%,15.45%,and 24.14%,respectively,and the difference between the two treatments reached a significant level.Root activity and ATPase activity also increased significantly;The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)and water use efficiency(WUE)of the tobacco plants under water and fertilizer treatment were significantly higher than those of conventional fertilization,and the transpiration rate(Tr)It is significantly reduced;The maximum photosynthetic efficiency(Fv/Fm)of PSII,the actual photochemical efficiency of PSII(?PSII)and the photochemical quenching coefficient(qp)of the tobacco plants under water and fertilizer treatment were increased by 9.99%,32.64% and 57.93%,respectively,compared with conventional fertilization treatment.The decrease of non-photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ)reached 80.77%.It shows that water and fertilizer integration can effectively promote the root development of tobacco plants and increase the photosynthetic efficiency of tobacco plants.(4)The nutrient uptake and accumulation of mineral nutrients in the integrated fertilization of water and fertilizer is significantly higher than that of conventional fertilization in furrow irrigation,and there is a synergistic effect between elements N,P,and K,and there is a certain amount between Fe and N,Ca,Mg,and Mn.Antagonism.(5)In terms of yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco,water-fertilizer integrated fertilization leaves have a significant impact.In terms of yield,output value,average price,and finer ratio of flue-cured tobacco,integrated treatment of water and fertilizer(T)increased by 15.26%,27.31%,10.43%,and 20.15% compared with conventional fertilization(CK).The output value of water and fertilizer integrated fertilization treatment can reach 74234.65 yuan/hm2,and the yield can reach 3235.68 Kg/hm2.In terms of chemical composition after curing,the total sugar and potassium of the water-fertilizer integrated fertilization treatment were increased by 31.81% and 65.18% compared with the conventional fertilization treatment,while the chlorine content was reduced by 78.05%.It shows that the quality of tobacco leaves treated with water and fertilizer has been significantly improvedIn terms of the comprehensive body,under the conditions of integrated fertilization with water and fertilizer,the field of tobacco plants grows well and has fewer diseases;the root system of tobacco plants is well developed,the amount of photosynthetic assimilation products is high,the dry matter accumulation is high,the yield is high,and the economic benefits are good;The absorption and accumulation of nutrients is high.Therefore,water and fertilizer integration is a sustainable agricultural model that can significantly improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco,increase income for farmers and increase production,and protect the environment.
