The plant protection spaying is an important link in the planting and production of cotton, The quality of sprayers is good or bad, which greatly affected the quality of the cotton products. With the constant enlargement of cotton plantation area of machine pick up cotton, the traditional spraying with miniature sprayer mainly, with the single varieties of sprayer, the low efficiency of spray, the low efficiency use of pesticide, poor quality work and serious pesticide waste pollution, which is difficult to meet the sprayer requirements of the cotton fields of machine pick up cotton. The problems is that spay effect is not ideal have become increasingly prominent. In view of this situation, design with small machines as a carrier,based on the machine of pick up cotton cropping patterns and field planting pattern, which is suitable for liquid spray spraying machine of pick up cotton is significant.In this paper, a small four-wheel tractors as a power source, a high degree of adhesion of liquid, less environmental pollution, and is suitable for liquid spray requirements of machine pick up cotton electrostatic spraying machine cotton picker sprayer is put forward. With the use of air-assisted spraying techniques, not only reducing spray drift during the process of spraying operations, and the second atomized droplets but also turning cotton plant leaves, and increasing the effectiveness and penetrability. At the same time, with the use of the phenomenon of electrostatic wrap of electrostatic spraying. The specific research work is as follows:The electrostatic sprayer of cotton picker machine is mainly composed of the suspension system, spray systems, air delivery system, electrostatic system, etc. The main power source of tractor, which is driven in various systems work, the main components of the sprayer has suspension frame, tank, liquid pumps, fluid pipes, nozzles, centrifugal fans, duct, high-voltage electrostatic generator, induction coil, etc. Completed by calculating and designing the various components of the selection, with the use of the 3D design software Solidworks drew each parts and the whole body of the machine in three-dimensional entity, and made the design more visually. With the use of ANSYS software for mechanical analysis hanger, not only increasing the reliability of the machine hosting, but also reducing the design cycle cost savings.In order to observe air duct gas flow field distribution and thus determining relatively reasonable outlet structure, with the use of the CFD software of Fluent, The internal flow field of the air duct, which one of the key components of machine pick up cotton is simulated, determining relatively reasonable lose air duct structure. To determine the transmission of lose air duct inlet velocity by the use of wind conditions of the top of the cotton plant.The simulation of induction field with the pipeline internal liquid of machine pick up cotton is done by the computer analysis software COMSOL Multiphysics, obtained internal fluid electric distribution lines,determined relatively reasonable radius and length of the pipeline and the structure of induction coil, or studied electric field changes of the pipeline interior fluid with different voltage, to make sure theeffectiveness of liquid inductive charging from internal pipeline to nozzle, reducing the charge decay, laid the foundation for a uniform and efficient droplet attached to the plant surface.
