Object:In this study,by using the Lactation-health Powder and the Immunoenhancer to prevent negative energy balance, immunological stress and oxidative stress of Perinatal Cows,then discussed the effects of Immunoenhancer on the immune function and antioxidant activity of perinatal cows,and effects of Lactation-health Powder on lactation performance and nutrient apparent digestibility.In order to the future great significance to further explore of acting mechanisms of the Lactation-health Powder and the Immunoenhancer to perinatal cows.Methods:In experiment 1,added the Immunoenhancer to perinatal dairy feed,then collected blood from the tail vein of the cow,tested the content of cytokines(IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α) and Ig(Ig A、Ig M、Ig G) in the serum.In experiment2,added the Immunoenhancer to perinatal dairy feed,then collected blood from the tail vein of the cow,tested the content of antioxidant enzymes(GSH-Px、SOD、CAT、MDA) in the serum.In experiment 3,added the Lactation-health Powder to perinatal dairy feed,then recorded the milk yield of postpartum 3 months,tested the content of composition(lactose, milk protein, milk fat)in the milk,and counted 4% fat corrected.In experiment4,added the Lactation-health Powder to perinatal dairy feed,then collected diet and fresh fecal samples at regular time,tested the content of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),calcium(Ca) and phosphorus(P),then counted the dry matter intake and the apparent digestibility of nutrient.Results:Experiment 1 show that:(1)Immunoenhancer can significantly increased the content of Ig A、Ig M、Ig G in the serum of perinatal cows(P<0.01);(2)Immunoenhancer can significantly increased the content of IL-6 in the serum of perinatal cows(P<0.01),but the effects on the TNF-α、IL-2 were unstable.Experiment 2 show that:Immunoenhancer can significantly increased the content of SOD in the serum of perinatal cows(P<0.01),significantly reduced the content of MDA in the serum of perinatal cows(P <0.01),there is an increasing tendency of GSH-Px and CAT,the difference was not significant.Experiment 3 show that:(1) Lactation-health Powder can effectively improve the initial milk and 4% fat-corrected milk;(2) Increasing the rate of lactose in milk colostrum significantly(P <0.01) and increasing fat percentage of colostrum milk protein significantly(P <0.05). Simultaneously it has an impact on colostrum milk protein percentage, but the difference was not significant;(3)Lactation-health Powder significantly increased postpartum milk lactose rates in 14 d, 28d; Increased postpartum milkfat in 14 d, 28 d, 42 d, 56 d, 70 d,respectively11.11%、10.51%、5.08%、5.45%、4.42%; It significantly improved test group milk cows milk protein percentage in 70 d, 84 d. Experiment 4 show that:the lactation-health powder can extremely significantly increased the apparent digestibility of Ca and P(P<0.01);significantly increased the DMI of perinatal cows, the apparent digestibility of DM and NDF(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive analysis shows that:Immunoenhancer could effectively improve the immune function and antioxidant activity of perinatal cows; Lactation-health Powder could increase the milk yield and milk ingredients perinatal cows significantly;Nutrient apparent digestibility of perinatal cows were promoted by lactation-health powder,and DMI was increased,thus could be advantaged to the negative energy balance.
