Soil preparation is an important and basic job in agricultural production in XinJiang area, and is an important means to promote agricultural increase production and sustainable development. Using variety of components for land preparation, the combined cultivating implement can accomplish loosening soil, breaking up soil, leveling soil and pressing soil in only one operation. It will create an ideal condition of seed bed and improve the efficiency, quality and economy of the soil preparation significantly. The technology advantage is very obvious, and has been widely used in XinJiang region.With the application of precision seeding and super wide film in cotton planting technology, and the gradual popularization of large and medium-sized tractor, united soil preparation machine towards large-scale development trend is obvious. At present, XinJiang production and construction corps use a combination of soil preparation machine working width are mainly concentrated in 6 m to 8 m, which widely use universal frame can be folded. Their working parts such as spherical disc, notched disk, pin-gear frame, soil-crushing roller and roller mill, have been realized standardized production, and configuration scheme of working parts has been finalized. Then the frame structure design become the key factor to influence the overall performance of the combined soil working machine. This paper chose the folding universal frame design of XinJiang academy of agricultural and reclamation science 1LZ series combined tillage machine working width in the largest 1LZ-7.2 combined soil working machine as the object. By improving the design of research, mainly completed following several aspects research work:(1)This paper summarizes the combined soil preparation machine domestic and foreign development status and trend of development,introduces several typical combination structure and application scope of machine,and makes the practical value of the study definite.(2)Analysis of the design key points of wide combined soil preparation machine has been done. By using Solidworks’ parameterization and feature modeling technology, which is a kind of 3-d modeling software, establish 1LZ-7.2 combined soil preparation machine frame and the three-dimensional entity model of the machine. Virtual assembly and interference were checked through visualization.(3)The finite element analysis was carried out about the folding universal frame. First of all, the stress analysis of the wing aircraft and traction frame has been carried out, and calculated the wing plane and the size of the towing force. Secondly,ANSYS workbench platform frame finite element model was established, and static analysis was carried out after force and constraints applied to wing aircraft and traction frame. Through the analysis of the results found the biggest stress and the maximal displacement in frame, and improved the strength check and structure of the frame.(4)Use the ADAMS to carry on the motion simulation of frame folding turnover process, and wing aircraft is analyzed in the process of folding to wing aircraft and hydraulic cylinder hinged point of velocity and force. Through the analysis of the sensitivity, confirm the factors that influence hinge points of pressure. After the optimization variables and constraints conditions were determined, with the optimal object that articulated point and objective function is minimum stress, it is analyzed, and obtains the size parameters of the optimal work device.(5)Through field experiments, the best level combination of the main factors was studied. The machine can obtain better working quality when its velocity is 11 km/h and the angle of the front discs is 9° and the angle of the hinder discs is 11°.In this paper, the wide soil preparation machine folding general frame of improvement design has been researched. Effectively solves the problems existing in the original frame, and improves the reliability of the machine. It provides a certain theoretical reference for the person who research and design agricultural machinery folding frame.
