Organic fertilizer contains rich nutrients, it can optimizes soil microbial populations, strengthen soil enzyme activity, improve soil agrochemical properties, maintaining soil fertility and and be a slow-release effect of nutrients. Chicken manure is high quality organic fertilizer in the production of plants, plants are rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other essential nutrients. In this paper, we compare the separation of chicken manure and different ways of handling the manure on soil nutrients, enzyme activities, humus and the influence of heavy metals.Effect of solid liquid separation efficiency and solid moisture content removal rate and moisture content of feed and discharge on study. The results showed as follow: ratio of water to material was 2:1, solid-liquid separation is the best treatment effect. It is obvious increased that nutrient content in separation of soild manure, make more high-quality chicken manure; It still exist a certain amount of nutrients in separation of liquid manure. There is in a different fertilization there is in different effects on nutrient element content in the soil. solids separation treatment groups(FX), fresh chicken(XX) and separation of liquid manure(FLY) can increase each month N, P, K content in soil, but increased FX treatment group more obvious, compared with the XX group and had a significant difference; Different approach to group of chicken manure in 7, 8, 9 solid separation of chicken manure drying(FH) in three groups of soil available nutrients into effect is significant. In the determination of total N, total P and total K, the content of FH group is higher than other groupsSoil enzyme activity is an important indicator of soil fertility. FX has a certain influence handling of soil catalase, phosphatase, urease enzyme, its performance for chicken manure after plowing solid-liquid separation in August, soil urease activity increased fertilized with manure solid-liquid separation and CK compared with a significant difference in September, each treatment group decreased urease activity in soil phosphatase true. Soil catalase was applied rise- lower- rising trend after the solid-liquid separation of manure, FX treatment group after plowing soil influence has significant impact on soil enzyme activity After the impact of activity on the FX treatments applied to the soil on soil enzyme activity greater; chicken(FH) manure handled differently, the solid-liquid separation after drying, decomposed manure(FJ) and chicken manure(YJF) the first in August, soil urease activity increased with CK and CT groups compared with the significant difference in the first September each treatment group urease activity decreased soil phosphatase is also in this way. Soil catalase in fertilized chicken processed in different ways showed increased activity – down-up trend. The impact of FH and FJ has greater the treated group with impact on soil fertilized soil enzymes. In humus soil analysis, FX and XX treatments could improve the soil loose knot state, linking state, steady-state and tight knot knot humus content, while CK FLY compared with no significant difference, and FLY deal chicken little effect on soil fertility, has little influence FX and XX and FLY each treatment group and the steady state of the coupling combined humus HA / FA, but the FX-treated group to be able to significantly improve the loose knot humus HA / FA value, XX and FLY-treated group of loosely combined humus HA / FA values in the influence of humic acid humus E4 / E6 value of, FX and XX treatment groups loose knot state, steady-state and the junction coupling humus E4 / E6 and CK FLY compared with significant differences, but there is no significant difference between FX and compared to XX, FLY with CK, each separated manure can enhance soil loose / tight ratio; treated differently chicken Fecal analysis of soil humus, FH and FJ manure handling and processing and CT treatment compared YJF knot loose coupling state and humus content increased significantly, but steady combined humus content FH-treated group and treatment group FJ There were no significant differences, but both groups had significant differences with CT and YJF treatment. Tight knot in humus content, FH, CT and YJF treated group was significantly lower than that of CK and FJ-treated group, CK and FJ between treatment groups was not significantly different. FH-treated group loosely combined state and join humus HA / FA ratio was significantly higher than other treatments, and YJF, CT, no loose knot state and join humus HA / FA ratio between FJ-treated group was significantly different from, FH deal Group E4 / E6 ratios have compared with other treatment groups in various forms of soil humus significant differences, no significant differences among the treatment groups manure, but significant difference compared with CK.In this experiment, copper and zinc content was significantly increased compared with CK and FLY FX and XX-treated group, but the two groups there was no significant difference between the copper and zinc content, FLY and CK significantly compared to copper and zinc content differences, but are not exceeded, more cadmium, there are two heavy metal between FX, XX and FLY treatment group differences, but not significant, but the difference was significant compared with CK, chicken manure can be applied into increased heavy metal content in soil. Compared with CK, various forms of heavy metals copper and zinc levels were increased, but most in the form of residual soil retention, indicating that the smaller of the two heavy metal contamination of soil capability soil fertilized, while cadmium mainly exchangeable the form, indicating that it will not be long-term retention of soil; chicken manure treated in different ways, FH-treated group, FJ-treated group, YJF heavy metal content in the treated group were significantly higher than CT, CK-treated group, copper and cadmium content between FH and FJ and YJF significant differences between groups, including zinc content was not significantly different. various forms of Each group of copper and zinc in residual fraction, mainly in exchangeable cadmium. Treatment was applied in different ways chicken can increase various forms of heavy metals, which FH treated and FJ-treated group increased more obvious, followed YJF and CT treatment groups.
