With the application of modern livestock technology, manure has become a major source of non-point source pollution inour rural areas, and became the main reason of serious pollution and eutrophication in many important water sources, rivers and lakes. Poultry manure contains a lot of organic matter and nitrogen as nutrients for crop growth. Thereby, poultry manure can enhance soil fertility; improve soil environment; increase yield and quality of crop, and also be an important part of the ecological agricultural model. Soil is important natural resources, and also is the necessary condition of crop growth. How to apply the poultry manure reasonable in the fields, and how to promote the sustainable development of the soil is an important issue for scientists to explore in the current.In this experiment, chicken manure is an entry point, and use okra as research material which set different gradient chicken manure administration process with randomized block arrangement for yield, specific fertilization treatment are:(1) CK: chemical fertilizers;(2) T1 processing: 2 t / 666.7 m2 chicken manure + fertilizer;(3) T2 treatment: 4 t / 666.7 m2 chicken manure +fertilizer;(4) T3 treatment: 6 t/ 666.7 m2 chicken manure + fertilizer;(5) T4 interchange processing: 8 t / 666.7 m2 chicken manure + fertilizer;(6) T5 processing: 10 t / 666.7 m2 chicken manure + fertilizer. Quality of local okra and soil nutrient changes in enzyme activities and heavy metal content of Wuhan brown soil was explored, to explore the effect on brown soil nitrogen, enzymes which can influence nitrogen transformation, organic matter, heavy metals as well as okra yield and quality of chicken manure. Specific results are as follows:1.With the increase of administration of the amount of poultry manure, total nitrogen content of the soil also increase. Compared with the CK treatment there was a significant different when application rate of poultry manure at 8 t /666.7 m2 or more. Poultry manure can effectively increase the total nitrogen content of the soil within 60 days. Applied more facilities poultry manure could significantly increase content of soil total nitrogen, soil nitrate, and significantly improve the protease content and urease activity; compared with CK treatment, application of poultry manure was significant differences in the levels of soil organic matter content. The tended of p H increase after the first drop, p H of fertilizer treatment is the lowest and with the largest decline. Adding poultry manure can also effectively increase soil microbial biomass carbon content.2.The content of Cd in 0-20 cm soil, Cd content of T5 treatment(10 t /666.7 m2) was the highest treatment, CK is the lowest treatment. When poultry manure applied in the 8 t / 666.7 m2 or less, there were no difference between in 0-20 cm, 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm compared with CK treatment of soil Cd content. Referring to Chinese soil environmental quality standard value(GB 156181995), except 0-20 cm soil layer T5 processing Cd content was higher than the national standard, Cd content of other treatments were lower than the national level, the administration of poultry manure did not contaminated soil; there are significant difference of Zn content between T5 、T1 treatment and CK of 0-20 cm soil layer which applied manure, Zn content of each treatment in 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm soil layer compared with CK treatment content was not significantly different, and all treatments were lower than the national soil environmental quality standard value, Cu content of 0-20 cm soil treatments increased slightly compared with the CK treatment, the difference was not significant, as for 20-40 cm soil and 40-60 cm soil, content of Cu did not different with the value of China soil environmental quality standards(GB 156181995), and the content each of soil were lower than the national standard.3.With the application of the increasing of chicken manure, okra yield also increased, but when applied to 8 t / 666.7 m2 of chicken manure, okra yield did not increase. Application of chicken manure can promote the growth and development of okra, and promote many agronomic traits. When applied 6-10 t / 666.7 m2 chicken manure okra yield was significantly higher than that of none chicken manure application, administration 4-6 t / 666.7 m2 also significantly higher than none chicken manure, the difference between apply 2 t / 666.7 m2 of chicken manure and none chicken manure, okra yield was not obvious different. Therefore, within a certain range of manure application rate, then it could promote growth and development of okra than conventional fertilizers.4.Application of chicken manure can significantly improved okra yield and nutritional quality. There were little effect on soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, carotenoid content, chlorophyll a, b and moisture content of okra fruit when administered chicken manure less than 6 t / 666.7 m2. Compared with CK treatment there was a significant difference in nitrate content of okra when applied manures more than 6 t / 666.7 m2. Take improve yield and quality factors into consider, this study suggests that the amount of chicken manure fertilizer should be controlled within a certain range.In summary, took the growth, yield and quality of okra as well as soil nutrients and heavy metals contaminated of soil and other aspects into account, the best chicken mature amount of okra cultivation in Wuhan brown soil was 4-6 t / 666.7 m2. Then it could achieve the best balance of agriculture economic and environmental benefits.
