Mixing is a process, after the feed product by measuring ingredients, mixing various materials components blended with each other and evenly distributed Ingredients-hybrid sy stem plays a decisive role to the production efficiency and the quality of the feed mill prod ucts in the modern feed work.At present, there are still several issues about the new horizontal paddle mixer on the market, First, the main rotor mixer operating parameters rely on empirical data, the materia-l to achieve the degree of mixing prescribed time-consuming. Second, the mixer is runnin g because the rotor rotates, a positive pressure makes the mixing chamber of the ingredient-s scale accuracy is low, the return air duct of the dust material spill. Third, the control mec hanism of the complex structure of the feeding system, two fan discharge door opening and closing of sync cause serious leakage of material, low reliability, and control procedures to maneuver. In view of these questions this paper has done the following work.1.Based on the indicator material mixing mechanism and the quality of work mixer, th is paper uses a combination method of theoretical analysis and field test to optimize the design mixing chamber and rotor main operating parameters of horizontal twin-shaft paddle Type feed mixer that Production of mixing machine 30t/h, to get full coefficient φ=0.65 mixing chamber size parameters, to optimum rotor speed is 25r/min and mixer blade mounting angle α=32o and the design of horizontal twin-shaft paddle Type feed mixer Model SSHJ3, effectively shorten the time required to achieve mixing uniform.2.Design of mixing process and the recirculated air tube according to the principle of balance. Configuration independent pulse dust removal system in order to eliminate the mixing time of positive pressure and avoid the influence of batching weighing precision and the feeding mouth dust material from the feed spillover in the feeding mouth. In order to adapt to different environment with the mixed and independent two return air duct is designed, This design effectively with the feeding mouth pulse dust removal system of the mixing chamber and communicated with the outside, so that gas flow can improve the mixing quality and efficiency and return air pipe material does not overflow.3.In this paper, based on Principle of mechanism constitution, the design of control mechanism of feeding system about horizontal twin-shaft paddle Type feed mixer Model SSHJ3, that through the single cylinder reciprocating motion to realize mechanical control two fanout material door synchronous opening and closing, to simplify the control procedure, improve safety.4.Using Pro/E to construct the new type discharging system control mechanism Skeleton model simulation, results show that the double rotation of the rocker arm 91.37 o, door body linkage swing rod rotation was 95.87 o and 96.52 o, with a single cylinder to achieve double linkage and meet the discharge requirements when the 292.09 mm is run.5.The new design of the control mechanism of the feeding system and the door body linkage arm strength and stiffness was analyzed by finite element method. When the discharge system, the maximum deformation is 0.3683 mm, the maximum stress 28.188 MPa. Analysis results show that: the discharge system and key components to meet the strength and stiffness requirements, and not from the seal leakage.
