Choerospondias axillaris is well-adapted and fast-growing multi-purpose tree species.lt had the high utilization value and broad prospects for development. This article seted up traditional propagation technology and provided theoretical basis for artificial cultivation techniques through studying on Seed propagation and asexual reproduction technology of Choerospondias axillaris. The results were as follows:(1) Analysis on the test results of fruit and seed shape showed: There were significant differences between individual fruits and seeds. Through the study on the different seed storage methods and the change of physiological indexes in the process of seed storage, the results show that all kinds of inclusions were in certain change rule along with the change of time during the seed stroage. The outdoor sand hidden was the best in four storage methods, and the emergence rate was 70.3%. Through the experiment of different covering ways after the seed planting, it existed significant differences in the influence of emergence rate of seeds caused by three types of cover means. Using mulch is the highest germination rate of 66%.(2) Through the research of different management methods during the growth of Choerospondias axillaris, the results showed that the order of growth of seedling height and basal diameter was seeding>transplanting>shading. Through the study on curve fitting of the seedling height and basal diameter growthing, it respectively drawed the curve fitting equation of the seedling height and basal diameter growthing. The growth process of annual Choerospondias axillaris seeding presented obvious S type curve of "slow-fast-slow" and Seedling growth was divided into three stages consisting of early growth, fast growth, lately growth period.(3) Through the study of three factors three levels orthogonal experiment of hardwood cutting of Choerospondias axillaris, the variance analysis showed that:the rooting rate of the cutting of Choerospondias axillaris caused by nian different treatment exist highly significant difference and the best treatment for rooting was A2BlC2(treatment 4:Yellow subsoil、IBA、300mg/1)、A2B1C3 (treatment 7: Yellow subsoil、IBA、500mg/l).The best matrix for rooting was yellow subsoil and the best hormone was IB A.(4) Through the determination of physiological index in the rooting process of the hard cottage of Choerospondias axillaris, the results showed that: The rooting rate were positively correlated with nutrient and enzyme levels. Soluble sugar content showed the trend: down -up- down. Soluble protein content showed a trend of falling after rising first. The activities POD and PPO both showed trend of falling after rising first. IBA could improve the activity of the enzyme, which promoted the cuttings rooting. The activities of peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase were closed to the callus formation and the induction of adventitious roots. The research of Chinese cabbage seeds germination test which were soaked by leaching solution of at different positions of the cuttings. The results showed that:the inhibit substance of cuttings rooting exists in the phloem of cuttings. Leaching solution from different site of the phloem of cuttings had no different influence to Chinese cabbage seeds germination.(5) Through the research of grafting experiment of Choerospondias axillaris, the results showed that:The suitable height of root stock was between 15 30cm, the survival rate is up to 80%. Too heigh or too low root stock could effect the the survival rate. The best season of grafting was spring, the survival rate is up to 90%, and the grafting survival rate of less than 50% in the Summer and autumn. The grafting survival rate of choosing annual scion was 86.7% and obviously higher 26.7% than biennial scion. Appropriate method of bud grafting was ship type bud grafting, the survival rate of 85.3%.
