Since the 1970s, at the beginning of growing navel oranges, Gannan navel orange industry from scratch, from small to large, experienced a difficult and tortuous path of development. As the largest Orange-producing areas in China, Gannan navel orange acreage has reached more than 160 million mu, yield about 110 million tons. Since navel oranges are mature after October, harvested by mid to late 11, so apart from a small number of them are sold in that year, most are storage and fresh-keeping, pending sales in the coming year. Navel orange is a kind of storage of fruit, but during the storage period, ambient temperature, humidity and gas are difficult to control, easily lead to diseases and thus to bulk navel orange rot. In addition, the navel orange is unsalable due to price or market reasons and in the process of processing Navel orange also produce a lot of navel Orange waste.Because waste navel Orange produced a large number, if rot Orange without disposal are discarded in hegou、on farm or in front of the House at random House, would become an important non-point source pollution. Environmental pollution caused by waste navel Orange has become increasingly prominent, caused serious pollution to local regional water environment, restrict the sustainable development of ecological farming. Therefore, the use of appropriate technology is imperative to properly handle these wastes.Navel orange wastes are both waste and resources. From the perspective of environmental protection departments they need waste disposal, but from the perspective of agriculture or other uses they are the use of resources. Rotting navel oranges contain a lot of carbohydrates, protein, dietary fiber and other nutrients. Their moisture is high, and are suitable for biological treatment process. Total solids content of rotting Orange is 9%-14%, volatile solids content of total solids above 90%. Aerobic processes are less suitable for decaying navel oranges, this is because of its high content of organic matter and the need of a large amount of power consumption, and the anaerobic digestion process is reasonable choice to deal with these wastes. Waste navel orange is a kind of substance content of high organic, and is a good source of anaerobic fermentation. Its carbon and nitrogen is relatively high (about 40:1),and pH is low (approximately 3.8).So it is not suitable to anaerobic digestion separately, and should be mixed with manure and sewage sludge and other materials for fermentation, to achieve higher production rates, methane production and organic removal rate. This subject study on the basic conditions of abandoned navel orange in the process of anaerobic fermentation for biogas such as vaccination rates, total solid content, carbon-nitrogen ratio proportion of pig manure, to obtain most biogas production model of the optimized by studying on control factors of the system, and to lay a solid theoretical basis for decaying industrial production and marketing application of anaerobic fermentation of navel orange. Main content are as follows:First, the study on navel orange and pig manure anaerobic fermentation of process parameters.Second, the orthogonal experimental study on orange pig manure anaerobic fermentation factors. This article explored the vaccination rate, total solids content, carbon-nitrogen ratio and proportion of pig manure in navel Orange and other factors that influenced the anaerobic fermentation of waste navel orange,by monitoring liquid methane and biogas fermentation process monitoring related indicators such as COD,pH, the amount of gas production, and methane.
