Cyrtomium macrophyllum (CM) is a plant of Cyrtomium of Dryopteridaceae, according to records of "Pteridophyte Flora of Guizhou", the plant is mainly distributed in the provinces of Yunnan, Sichuan, Hunan, Hubei, Guizhou, Jiangxi and so on.It is included in the "Guizhou Medicinal Plants" and "Guizhou medicine Resources", the dry roots and petioles of CM were used for treatments of intestinal worms, bleeding and anti-bacterial. Medicinal Guanzhong have a wide range of research in China and abroad, the researches focus on the chemical composition and pharmacological activity of commodity Guanzhong, but there is few research about Dayeguanzhong. Therefore, this study selected it as an object and the following study was carried out. Test Ⅰ:The preliminary analysis of the extract in CMFirstly, it is extracted by ethanol reflux extraction and segment extraction, and then a preliminary analysis about extract of chemical composition is going on. Tested the total flavonoids, polyphenols and tannin content of extracts, which is approximately 27.6%of total flavonoids, total phenolic content of 30.8%, the tannin content was 11.2%. And then its volatile constituents were detected by the Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectr ometer-computer (GC/MS), mainly included some uronic acid, oleic acid, n-hexadecanoic acid, L-methionine and catechol and other substances. Finally, the extract by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) detection, comparison with some standard products found extract contains catechins and quercetin-3-O-glucoside. Test Ⅱ:Study about the antiviral activity of extraction in VeroCell safe concentration of each extract, the highest concentration of each extract of 250 μg·mL-1. Therefore, each of the extraction with cell culture medium were from 250 μg·mL-1 dilution to 15.625 μg·mL-1,5 team. Then a test-in vitro anti-vesicular stomatitis virus, Which each extraction of before and same time added to the cells with the virus while both groups, Parts water, methylene chloride and ethyl acetate parts of antiviral parts more obvious, and water site is most significant parts of the antiviral in 125 μg·mL-1 anti-VSV virus concentration in the best effect. Test Ⅲ:Isolation and purification of the antiviral compoundsThe antiviral components were isolated and purificated by the silica gel column,HPLC and so on, of extract water from the site of the matter. There are two flavonoid compounds were isolated and purified from the FrⅢ of water site. Provide reference material basis for further study of large CM’s antiviral activity.
