Due to the strong aroma、rich color,and adaptable to the environment,Rosa hybrida is grown widely. Wonderland is a new breed of Floribunda Roses, medium height, with dense flowers, flowering capacity, highly diligent flowers, rich colors, strong adaptability. Whether in the ornamental value or in the resistance are superior to traditional Floribunda Roses.This experiment use Rosa hybrida as material, divided into six periods to determine color、physiological and biochemical indexes, petals organization structure, types of flower pigments and the stability of the pigment. To explore Rosa hybrida response to the various influence factors of design and color, so as to explain Chinese rose petals chromogenic mechanism. The main results were as follows:1) Front petals in the process of opening, the color of red gradually strengthened,to final full opening stage started to get blue. Bank petal’s color is show by light and petal structure of the front petals. The front and bank petal’s color change law is consistent,but when into wilting stage bank petal’s color is more red than front petal’s color. Front petals’s of a* value increased from 35.43 to 78.91, the average change rate reached 122.7%,95.70% larger than the negative change. Front petals’s of L* value increased all the time,as well as bank petal’s of L*. But from development stage to wilting stage,the front petal’s of L value is always less than the bak petal’s of L* value, low 47.03%, 54.26%,47.35% and 54.26%, respectively,35.20%,30.77%.2)Flower diameter and freshi weight were increased all the time in the process of opening. There are two significant change of pH value.The one is it significantly decline from bud occurring colour stage to initial opening stage,the other one is significantly increased from final full opening stage to wilting stage. PH is smaller, the more red of petals.When into wilting stage the pH significantly elevated and can observe blue color on the petals by naked eye.3) Flower pigment mostly concentrated on the upper epidermis, the upper epidermis distribution of conical structure and the lower epidermis is flats lead to the color of upper epidermis stronger and the brightness is less than lower epidermis.4) Preliminary analysis of the composition of Rosa hybrida pigment found that its contain anthocyanins and flavone, does not contain carotene, chlorophyll, aurones, chalcones, flavonols, and C5-OH.Flavonoids of the largest in the full opening stage, final full opening stage decline, wilting stage began to rise. Four times before the petals open, anthocyanin synthesis, with the extension of petals, bloom anthocyanin content per unit area of the petals begin to fall. Flavonoids and anthocyanins content was significantly positive correlation, R2=0.90. The total carotenoid content and anthocyanin content and flavonoids due to the presence of substrate competition negatively correlated.5) Combined with paper chromatography, spectroscopy qualitative research, HPLC method and the reference to other scholars of Rosa hybrida anthocyanin composition, Rose ’Wonderland’petals there are only two components of anthocyanins, the most important ingredient is only one, the content is the total spend anthocyanin content of 97.79%, the content of the pigment in the petals of flowers was 0.33 mg/g. Its qualitative findings are: not Cyanidin-3-rutinoside not Malvidin-3-glucoside, Peonidin-3-glucoside and Cyanidin-3,5-diglucoside, probably Pelargonidin-3,5-diglucoside.6) Through mathematical analysis, the petal color front and back stepwise regression equations were:positive a*=71.91375+0.98924-0.41054 anthocyanin flavonoids, opposite a*=-5.92685+0.29969 reverse L. In this study, path analysis found that many factors affect the color rendering of the positive (negative) color is mainly due to anthocyanins (reverse L*) direct action. Soluble sugar content, flavonoids and soluble protein contents of anthocyanin affect significantly the indirect effects of color rendering. And positive and negative L*、a* common degree of positive decisions for -0.9764, living first in the absolute value of each factor in the decision. Positive L*, positive and negative b*、L* by negative impact on indirect negative impact on color rendering.7) Rosa hybrida dye dissolved inorganic compounds, soluble polar organic solvents, insoluble in non-polar organic solvent. Heat; acid; good light stability, but it should be noted that from light; Na+、K+、Mg2+、Al33+、Ca2+,、Zn2+ has little effect on the flower pigment, anthocyanin performance more stable. And Fe3+、Cu2+ effect on anthocyanin more obvious, so avoid using Chinese rose bronze and iron pigment in should be saved.
