The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary yeast cell wall polysaccharides performance and immune function of broilers fed with normal corn diet or dietary aflatoxin B1 or Escherichia coli infection three cases.Experiment 1 using single factor design,1200 poultry according to the weight evenly distributed to five processing, each processing 6 repeat, each repeat 40;experiment 1 the whole period in addition to processing 1 feeding based diet in comparison the rest processing respectively fed different experiment 1 diet (basal diet +cell walls of baker’s yeast polysaccharide 1000 g/t. beer yeast cell wall polysaccharides of 1000 g/t,500 g/t activate the yeast cell wall polysaccharides, activation of yeast cell wall polysaccharide 1000 g/t);Record the production performance and the age of 21 and 42 days of age is sampled blood and slaughter, determination of immune organ index, innocent blood globulin ratio, cell factor and Newcastle disease antibody titer.
