With the continuous increase of global warming, increasing pressure on energy saving, carbon sequestration in forests as an important way to reduce CO2 emissions, forest carbon sink and carbon cycle has become a hot international research. With the "Kyoto Protocol" came into effect, cultivation and plantation operations will become an important means of global carbon trade. Diminishing forest area in the world and the next area to grow bamboo background bamboo domestic theme parks, tourist attractions flourish, to carry out research in this class theme parks and tourist attractions within the different types of bamboo forest carbon storage and sequestration capacity for Evaluation of bamboo theme parks, tourist attractions and provide carbon sink function in response to global climate change, the role of the underlying data, a very important practical significance.Bambusa pervariabilis×Dendrocalamopsis Daii, the bamboo by hybridization breeding out as a fine bamboo species, because it has a multi-shoots, high yield many advantages, since the 1998 introduction to Ya’an, a local after Neosinocalamus affinis most widely cultivated bamboo species. This paper selects "Western Sichuan Bamboo Sea" planning area B. pervariabilis×D. Daii as the research object, through field surveys, dynamic observation, sample collection and analysis, and data processing operations, to study the bamboo theme travel planning area B. pervariabilis×D. Daii bamboo ecosystem carbon stocks spatial distribution of the bamboo plant, the dynamic changes and seasonal dynamics of carbon in the process of bamboo forest soil organic carbon content of the growth, the main research results are as follows:(1) The total biomass of the B. pervariabilis×D. Daii bamboo forest vegetation floor of 60.722 t·hm-2, in which the tree layer, shrub and herb layer, litter layer was 55.337 t·hm-2,1.878 t·hm-2,3.507 t·hm-2, respectively,91.13% of the total biomass, 3.09%,5.78%, the highest proportion of tree layer. Each component in the tree layer biomass largest proportion of bamboo trunks, each order of magnitude Biomass trunk> branch> underground trunk> leaves> root, accounting for 65.66%,16.95%, 8.17%,7.34%,1.87%, aboveground biomass of tree layer is 8.95 times as part of the underground biomass.(2) The B. pervariabilis×D. Daii bamboo tree layer carbon content fluctuation range of 0.4348~0.5180g·g-1, in which the three highest carbon content of raw bamboo trunks (0.5180g·g-1), the lowest annual bamboo (0.4348g·g-1). High to low carbon content distribution performance in all organs of the bamboo trunk> underground trunk> root> branch> leaves, which is the largest variation root (coefficient of variation of 2.98%), the difference becomes minimal bamboo trunk (The coefficient of variation 2,10%). On the tree layer of the same organs of different ages and different organs of the same age carbon content analysis of variance, were significantly different situation. The measurement results understory shrub and herb layer carbon content of 0.3853-0.4273g·g-1, the coefficient of variation of 3.82%. The measurement results litter layer carbon content of 0.3553~0.4030 g·g-1, the coefficient of variation of 4.62%.The bamboo soil three levels (60cm deep) average organic carbon content of 5.703~14.503g·kg-1, at all levels of the uneven distribution of organic carbon content, the performance with reduced soil depth deeper surface layer (0-20) the highest soil organic carbon content.(3) The B. pervariabilis×D. Daii bamboo ecosystem carbon storage of the components of the spatial distribution of soil layer (80.216 t-hm"2)> tree story (27.437t·hm-2)> forest floor (1.374 t-hm"2)> shrub story and herb floor (0.756 t·hm-2).The B. pervariabilis×D. Daii bamboo ecosystem carbon storage is 109.783 t·hm-2, in which the proportion of total soil carbon storage layer maximum (73.07%), while the tree story and forest floor, respectively, accounting for 24.99 percent,1.25 percent, shrub and herb floor Minimum level (0.69%), carbon storage by tree story calculate the B. pervariabilis×D. Daii bamboo tree story of carbon in a fixed amount of 4.573 t·hm-2 (free of forest floor and shrub and herb floor in production), which is the 1.86 times of the Su’nan 27 years Cunninghamia lanceolata, indicating that the B. pervariabilisxD. Daii with a strong carbon sequestration capacity.(4) Different diameter of the B. pervariabilisxD. Daii shoots showing the same trend in the growth curve, follow the "S" shaped curve, expressed as "slow-fast-slow" growth pattern, in two months, the young bamboo height increase of 35 times. Different diameter bamboo of fresh young bamboo biomass generally manifested as young bamboo with bamboo support an increase in diameter of the B. pervariabilisxD. Daii roughness increases, but at the same radius around the affected young bamboo height differences. In the past two months in fresh biomass increased by 15.9 times the average dry biomass increased 32.9-fold.(5) Different diameter average carbon content of young bamboo trunk and underground trunk is growing with the passage of time and gradually increase the scope of changes in the carbon content of the bamboo trunk 389.8~447.5g·kg-1, range changes underground trunk carbon content of 409.5~457.4g·kg-1, at the same time different young bamboo underground trunk diameter greater than the carbon content of the carbon content of the bamboo trunk. From July 16,2013 to October 5, the carbon content of the bamboo on the B. pervariabilis×D. Daii of young bamboo trunk increased 45.1%, underground trunk increased 35.85% carbon content.(6) Different diameter variation of the bamboo biomass and carbon stock changes of the growth process is similar, the bamboo has a strong ability to sequester carbon in the short-term high-growth process, after more than two month high growth, the average stay of different diameter carbon sequestration young bamboo from 0.0335 kg·plant-1 to 1.2115 kg·plant-1, which is 36 times the former.(7) The B. pervariabilis×D. Daii bamboo 0-60cm soil organic carbon content of the soil in different seasons fluctuation range 4.988-14.503 g·kg-1, were shown to decrease with increasing soil depth. Soil organic carbon content of the highest in April, July, the lowest, with the increase of soil organic carbon content of soil depth changes with the seasons amplitude decreases. Soil organic carbon content in the same soil as the seasons change are significant differences in the situation, in particular the soil organic carbon content of the soil in April with the other three months were showed significant differences (P<0.05).
