| The study was conducted to investigate the growth performance, feed digestion, blood parameters and immunomodulation of weaned piglets fed with Schisandra chinensis residue fermented by Cordyceps militaris.EXP.1 Effects of Schisandra chinensis residue fermented by Cordyceps militaris on growth performance and feed digestion of weaned piglets.Sixty 28-day-old piglets were divided into five treatments of three replications with four piglets per pen at random. Blank control group was fed on basic diet. Positive control group was fed with basic diet plus 0.5% Schisandra chinensis. The piglets of other three treatments were fed with basic diet the plus 0.5%(high-dose),0.2%(medium-dose),0.1% (low-dose) fermentative fungal substance. The piglets were fed from 29-day to 49-day old. Compared with blank control, the result showed that the daily growth and apparent digestibility of CP in high-dose, medium-dose and positive groups were increased. Feed conversion of high-dose, medium-dose and positive groups was significantly decreased.In adition, the diarrhea index in high-dose and positive groups were also significantly decreased.EXP.2 Effects of Schisandra chinensis residue fermented by Cordyceps militaris on blood physiology and serum biochemical parameters of weaned piglets.Blood was sampled from the anterior vena cava on the 7,14,21 day of the experiment. At 14 day of the experiment, WBC of positive and high-dose group significantly increased than blank control group. LYM of positive group was higher than blank control in whole of the experiment. At 14 day of the trial, the neutrophile of positive and medium-group higher than that of blank control. The monocyte of high-dose was significantly higher than blank control at 7 and 14 day of the trial. And the monocyte of positive and medium-group was significantly higher than blank control at the 21 day of the experiment. Compared with blank control, the RBC and HGB of medium-group were increased at 14 day of the trial. MHCH of low-dose group was significantly lower than blank control at 7 day of the trial. PLT of positive group was significantly higher than that of blank control group. In contrast with blank control, the AST of positive, high-dose group and medium-dose group was decreased. There was no difference of ALT among groups. The ALP of positive, high and medium-dose group was significantly higher than blank control. BUN of high-dose was significantly lower than blank control. TP and ALB of positive and high-dose group was significantly higher than blank control, but the A/G among groups was no difference.EXP.3 Study on immune regulation of Schisandra Chinensis residue fermented by Cordyceps Militaris.Compared with blank control, the CD3+, CD3+CD4+percent and CD4+/CD8+of positive and high-dose group significantly were increased. The proliferation function of peripheral blood T cell were increased in high-dose, medium-dose and positive group (p<0.05) in whole experiment, and that of low dose group was higher than blank control group at 14 and 21 day of the experiment. Meanwhile, the serum IFN-y and IL-2 contents were significantly increased of positive and high-dose group (p<0.05 or p<0.01). The serum IL-2 and IFN-y contents of piglets were not significant difference among medium, low-dose and blank control group (p>0.05). In addition, IgM and IgA contents were significantly increased of positive and high-dose group (p<0.05 or p<0.01). And the IgG content of positive and high-dose group was increased at 7d and 21 d of the experiment. |
