Crucifers club root is soil-borne diseases,it is very difficult for its pathogenic bacteria has the physiological differentiation、living a long time and Obligate parasitic. At present, Biological Control of club root Diseases and breeding disease-resistant varieties are considered to be the most economi、securities’ and effective’s measures. This experiment use several resistance identification to do field control experiment and the material of rape identify the resistance for Crucifers club, The purpose is to ascertain the control effect of several resistance identification for Club root of crucifers and to research the resistance of the material of rape for Crucifers club, thus providing material for the biological control of club root disease and the breeding of disease-resistant varieties.1. The field control experiment of several resistance identification for Club root of crucifers.This experiment drug is actinomycetes F22-29 fermentation and coated seed, actinomycetes F24-8fermentation; Bacillus subtilis XF-1 fermentation and resistance agent SZG-7 five resistance identification,and compare with chemicals drug Kejia(10%Cyazofamid)and rinsing.the experiment proceed filed trial experiment for seeding state, bud period and mature stage three period to two kinds of Cruciferous vegetable of rape and pickle in Dayi county and determine the production of pickle.Te results show:1.1 the control effect on rape and pickled the resistance agent SZG-7 and Bacillus subtilis XF-1 expression better control effect on rape; the resistance agent SZG-7 and actinomycetes F22-29 coated seed expression better control effect than other dispose on pickle; the control effect on pickle of actinomycetes F22-29 coated seed are better than rape; the disease index magnify with the boost of growth period.1.2 the determine about production of pickle The results of the survey show that the acre yield of Kejia (10%Cyazofamid) is lowest for 2406.54kg, the acre yield of actinomycetes F22-29 irrigating roots is highest for 3134.90kg,secondly is resistance agent SZG-7,the acre yield is 3054.86kg,the rest dispose are no obvious difference. All biocontrol dispose have control effect except the dispose of actinomycetes F22-29 coated seed.2. The evaluation of disease resistance of Cruciferous vegetables and rape materialThe experiment take natural incubation in the heavily infected field(106 resting spores soil per gram physiological race 4) and survey the illness of seeding state and mature stage,the experiment identify 9 cabbage to be supplied by the Beijing vegetables graduate school and 43 rape material to be supplied by the rape graduate school of Sichuan Agricultural University. Te results show:2.1 the result of resistance identify on Cabbage material:the J5 a J7 and J8 of Cabbage material all express high resistance in seedling stage and breeding material, them can provide breeding material for disease resistance.2.2 the result of resistance identify on rape material:the N41、N30、N20、N40 and N7 of rape material are no morbidity in seedling stage, meanwhile them express resistance, them can use for breeding material.
