With rapid development of China’s large-scale intensive livestock industry in recent years, a large amount of emissions of animal manure and other solid wastes produced and had not been properly treated so that pollution problem get more and more serious. The traditional methods can only partly process and utilize these wastes, and always have secondary pollution problem. Earthworm vermicomposting was introduced to further use of livestock and poultry dung. Earthworm can decompose livestock and poultry dung through the microbial synergy in the environment, and translate organic solid waste into the form of the wormcast, which has high value in planting vegetation, and earthworm body itself is a high quality protein feed and lumbrukinase have good effect on stimulating plant growing, This experient was to study difference between combinations with fresh cow dung and pig dung with inoculation of EM bacteria to promote the conversion of waste decomposition. The best combination of direct breeding earthworms, analysis of earthworms grow condition and the change of the nutrient content of the fecal material were also researched.Indoor foam chamber culture method was applied in this experiment, with different ratio of dry matter and cow/pig EM bacteria in different proportion of adding amount as two factors, the design of 16 different ratio groups was set. In the period of 60 days of breeding experiment, the earthworm weight samples were collected from various combinations every 15 days, the data of earthworms grow on different processing data comparison and analysis after the earthworm breeding of waste, the change of the physical and chemical properties were analyzed. The results showed that:The earthworm weight and average daily gain in different combinations of fecal material decreased after an initial increase in the breeding process, cow dung/manure dry basis 1:1 and 1% EM bacteria had the best growth performance, more carbon translate into organic of earthworm. In the shortest possible time (45d) the average weight and date of earthworm proliferation times reached the highest value, and it’s also the highest of all combinations,0.6283 g and 0.1333 respectively. Earthworms daily proliferation multiples of earthworm increased with increasing time, cow dung/ manure dry matter ratio of 3:1 to add 1% EM bacteria proliferation of multiple treatment days maximum, reaching 0.2833.Full carbon compound manure decreased with the increase of time, cow dung/ manure dry matter ratio of 1:1 to add processing decline 1% EM bacteria largest decline of 29.71%, this ratio is also the best way to handle the growth performance of earthworms, Total nitrogen content incresed with time, showing a rising trend after the first lower, at the end of breeding higher than the initial value of the total nitrogen content. The highest increase in cow dung/manure dry matter ratio of 3:1 on the deal to add 0.5% EM bacteria, reaching 2.43%, this fecal material proportion of the best breeding earthworms, earthworms plowing more so more adequate oxygen content in fertilizers, Nitrifying bacteria to achieve the best results, the highest increase in total nitrogen.C/N in fecal compound decreased in the breeding process, the biggest decline in cow dung/manure dry matter ratio of 1:0 to add 0.25% EM bacteria treatment, reaching 41.39%.Ammonium nitrogen in the process of breeding continue to reduce, and the content of every 15 days were significantly different (p<0.05);Increase the nitrate nitrogen content at present first reduce the phenomenon of significantly increased after adding EM bacteria treatment effect is more significant.Total phosphorus and available phosphorus content in the fecal material increased with the increase of time, but no significant difference (p> 0.05).Total potassium content in the fecal material increased with the increase of time, available k content decreased with time increasing.Seed germination index is one of the important indicators of fecal material rotten degree in fertilizer quality evaluation. The experiment of root culture with waste after earthworm cultivation showed that Seed germination index increased from 32.97 to 92.16, the highest pH value decreased to the neutral alkali by the initial weak alkaline. Therefore, the vermicomposting product can be used as organic fertilizer directly.
