At present, the red jujube harvest is still mainly rely on manual mode, which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of jujube industry. The developed red jujube harvest machinery is mostly trial model in our country, most applicability exist some problems, which can’t solve the problem of the actual production. The author uses CATIA software entity modeling and analysis of mechanical and according to the relevant theories of aerodynamics to makes the mechanical structure was optimized and improved. Red jujube mathematical model is established, and the suction mouth place need velocity is 31.89m/s.Within the air pipe on frictional energy loss and the local energy loss has made the analysis and calculation, analyzes the performance index is needed for the fan, confirmed the parameters such as flow rate, wind speed, and select the new type of fan. New fan of wind pressure is 1312 Pa, air volume is 1488m3/h, power is 1.23 kw. At the same time to simplify and optimize the gas circuit system, and on the basis of the original design scheme is introduced pressure compensation device to make the red jujube collecting machine reduce the energy loss in the process of working to harvest the effects of operation. Mechanical modification to the original machine depends on the workings of a negative pressure suction to send into a hybrid pneumatic conveying, and the working efficiency of the improved machine is improved effectively.After the machinery are analyzed and optimized improvement, determined the structure of the prototype, and make the prototype was tested. Test by orthogonal test and after the analysis of test data and processing to get the optimal solution is: fan speed of 2900r/min, selects the specifications of the rubber pipe diameter of 90 mm, the sieve which used to except the sundry installation angle of 30°, the sieve wire arrangement spacing is 8 mm. After get the optimal structure parameters, to do mechanical test about production efficiency, and the experimental results showed that: the production efficiency of the prototype is improved by 45%, and the performance is more stable than before.
