Cotton Verticillium wilt has gradually become the main restricts factor for cotton production in Xinjiang, there is no effective fungicides to control the disease. Screening of resistant varieties and induce cotton resistance has become very effective method at present. The resistance identification of 16 Sea Island Cotton Varieties to Verticillium Wilt by the indoor and field test and the enzyme activity induced by different varieties were studied in order to clear the relationship Verticillium wilt the between induced resistance and enzyme activity. The aim is to provide theoretical basis for resistance breeding. The vivo enzyme activity of Xinhai 36 and Xinluzhong 37 induced by amino oligosaccharines was tested in order to discuss resistance characteristics of sea-island induced by amino oligosaccharines.1.The resistance identification results by indoor test showed that the disease index of K212 was the lowest, and the value was 29.2, which indicated that K212 was a disease resistant strain. K212, K289 and K293 were achieved at the level of resistance to disease. The resistance identification results by field test showed that the disease index of K212 was also the lowest, and the value was 25.6, which indicated that K212 was resistant to disease, and reached tolerance strains of 16 were K212, K289, K293, K383 and Xinhai 36. The K212、K289 ' K293 were better above identification. The results by growth period symptoms observe in field showed that the disease index of K212 was the lowest, and the value was 19.3, K212, K289,K293 K383,K458,J162,J210 and XH36 were achieved at the level of resistance to disease. Field section bar investigation and identification results showed that the tested 16 cotton varieties in high disease levels have k212, k289, K293, K383, k458 and Xinhai 36. The disease index of k212 minimum(21.0). The results of comprehensive indoor and field resistance identification showed that the cultivars with good resistance were K212, K289 and K293.2. The related enzyme activity of sea-island cotton against Verticillium Wilt was tested by colorimetric method. The results showed that POD, PPO activity showed first increased and then decreased after different varieties were inoculated with Verticillium Wilt, but the former activity was the highest on the 3rd day, and the latter inoculation was 3d in disease resistant varieties, 5d in susceptible varieties. SOD activity were decreased on different resistant varieties, and varieties decreased rapidly on susceptible varieties. Verticillium wilt were inoculated with experiments also showed that different cotton varieties after inoculation significantly disease time difference, disease resistant varieties significant disease time longer than that of susceptible varieties.3.The resistance performance of Xinhai 36 and Xinlu 37 induced by oligochitosan was studied by the comparison of droping and spraying methods. The results showed that the spraying effect was better and disease index were 32.8 and 35.0, and the yield was more than drip application. The induced resistance of Xinhai 36 and Xinluzhong 37 by spraying Amino oligosaccharines showed that: amino oligosaccharines diluted 600 spraying Xinhai 36 and 1000 were also better than that of Xinluzhong 37, but Xinluzhong 37 diluted 800 was superior to Xinhai 36.4. The related enzyme activity of cotton by induced Amino oligosaccharine determinations showed that peroxidase, phenylalanine ammonia enzyme activity were higher and peroxidase live, polyphenol oxidase and phenylalanine high ammonia lyase enzyme were higher by amino Oligosaccharin...
