Cotton is not only an irreplaceable pillar industry but also a major increasing source to farmer’s income in Xinjiang. The main diseases and insect pests on cotton are still in the rising trend. Firstly, we have not yet the effectively means and methods to control the oc currence of cotton Fusarium wilt, Verticillium wilt at present in China. Secondly, with an extension of Bt gene cotton and chemical reduction in cotton, the injury of cotton spider mites and Aphis gossypii have become more and more severe and been the important object pests in cotton. Thirdly, the main diseases and insect pests of cotton have been rug resistance with killing many natural enemy and large abusing chemical. This paper adopts the methods of spraying the diseased field nursery, seedling stage in greenhouse and demonstration and extension. Using 5%amino-oligosaccharin at the prior period of the main diseases and insect pests on cotton, identificated the control effects on the cotton resistance inducted by 5%amino-oligosaccharin to Fusarium wilt, Verticillium wilt, cotton spider mites, Aphis gossypii. In order to promote 5%amino-oligosaccharin on the application of production and make sure the sustainable development of production in cotton community in south Xinjiang. The following are Main achievements and theoretical: 1, Cotton resistance induced by 5%amino-oligosaccharin to Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt. The cotton resistance inducted by amino-oligosaccharin to Fusarium wilt, Verticillium wilt and relative defense enzymes w ere determinated using spray method in the field of disease nursery. The resistance results showed that there was signif icance between the treatment groups and control group(Ethylicin). The control effects inducted by 5%amino-oligosaccharin to Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt were 73.79% and 41.19 % respectively, and the control effect to Fusarium wilt were better than to Verticillium wilt, and the inducted resistance ability had been increasing with the more spraying times. The resistance results of seedling stage in greenhouse showed that there was significance between the treatment groups and control group(Ethylicin). The control effects inducted by 5%amino-oligosaccharin to Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt were 67.74% and 44.83 % respectively. The results of activity assay for relative resistance defense enzymes showed that POD,PPO and PAL activities in cotton increased significantly after spraying 3 times, and the results indicated that 5%amino-oligosaccharin could induce POD, PPO and PAL activities in cotton. 2, Cotton resistance induced by 5%amino-oligosaccharin to cotton spider mites and Aphis gossypii. In order to analyze the impact on cotton resistance induced by5%amino-oligosaccharin at the prior period of occurrence cotton spider mites and Aphis gossypii, using spray method in the field plot and indoor pot tests. The result in the field plot showed that there was some control action on population number of Aphis gossypii induced by single use of 5%amino-oligosaccharin at the prior period of occurrence Aphis gossypi i. With the increase of spraying times, the control effect showed first increase and then decrease, the effect of two times spraying of 5%amino-oligosaccharin was best and its highest control effect was 28.05%. However, the control effects inducted by mixed use of 5%amino-oligosaccharin and 20% acetamiprid to Aphis gossypii was 96.69%, either single use of 5%amino-oligosaccharin or mixed use of 5%amino-oligosaccharin and 20% acetamiprid were significance between the treatment groups(single use of 20% acetamiprid) and control group(sprayed with pure water) and was also illustrates this point at seedling stage in greenhouse, its control effects inducted by single use of 5%amino-oligosaccharin and mixed use of 5%amino-oligosaccharin and 20% acetamiprid were 14.32% and 98.24% respectively. The results showed that there was some control action on population number of Aphis gossypii induced by single use of 5%amino-oligosaccharin at the prior period of occurrence Aphis gossypii, and the mixed use of 5%amino-oligosaccharin and 20% acetamiprid increase the control effect. The result in the field plot showed that there was some control action on population number of cotton spider mites induced by single use of 5%amino-oligosaccharin at the prior period of occurrence cotton spider mites. With the increase of spraying times, the control effect showed first increase and then decrease, the effect of two spraying of 5%amino-oligosaccharin was best and its highest control effect was8.91%. However, the control effects inducted by mixed use of 5%amino-oligosaccharin and pyridaben to cotton spider mites was 95.64%, either single use of 5%amino-oligosaccharin or mixed use of 5%amino-oligosaccharin and 20% pyridaben were signif icance between the treatment groups(single use of pyridaben) and control group(sprayed with pure water). no matter whether cotton spider mites or Aphis gossypii, cotton was be induced insect resistance by single use of 5%amino-oligosaccharin in certain concentration, and be affected at too high or low concentration of 5%amino-oligosaccharin.The reducing rates of cotton spider mites which induced by single use of 5%amino-oligosaccharin was also showed that: The reducing rates of cotton spider mites with 2 times spraying of 5%amino-oligosaccharin was better than whose with 3 times spraying of 5%amino-oligosaccharin. 3, A field trial and demonstration on cotton resistance induced by 5%amino-oligosaccharin to the main diseases and insect pestsXinjiang production and construction group sprayed 5%amino-oligosaccharinat the prior period of occurrence main diseases and insect pests. The results found that investigation on the main diseases and insect pests on cotton when the symptoms reached the peak any of demonstration fields: there native control effect which inducted by 5%amino-oligosaccharin to Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt were 80% and 70% respectively. There was a certain effect on 5%amino-oligosaccharin to the number of cotton spider mites and Aphis gossypii. The rate of Aphis gossypii and cotton spider mites were all less than the control group(no 5%amino-oligosaccharin). There native control effect which inducted by 5%amino-oligosaccharin to Aphis gossypii was 69.43%.The occurrence quantity of cotton spider mites in treatment group had much more than in the control group(no 5%amino-oligosaccharin).
