This experiment was conducted at Heilongjiang BAYI Agricultural university and College of Agronomy greenhouse and Heilongjiang BAYI Agricultural university test site which lies in Lin Dian County from 2013 to 2015. Taking mung bean as the main research material, test is S3307 and KT. By sand culture and field trials in two ways,research S3307 and KT on mung bean roots morphological anatomy structure,endogenous hormones, root formation related gene expression, protective enzyme activity and the effects of morphological structure, photosynthetic characteristics, dry matter accumulation, sugar accumulation of leaf and root and yield in growth and development. To compare different plant growth regulators on mung bean root establishment and growth and yield of field of physiological mechanisms. The main results were:1. Soaking with S3307 and KT mung bean were increased the weight of dry root,the number of lateral roots, and main root surface area; And increased the root sheath diameter column, xylem water and the number of cross-sectional area after sowing11 d. Which have shortened the root hair zone diameter, delayed the lignification,delayed the time in thicker hairs zone in taproot.2. Soaking with S3307 and KT mung bean roots were decreased ABA content,increased the content of IAA and ZT and the activity of SOD, POD and PAL, which decreased the MDA content.Thereby decreasing the quality of the membrane peroxidation, delayed the senescence of roots; Soaking with S3307 and KT increased the expression of VigCycD, and KT treatment was better.3. Spraying S3307 and KT mung bean were increased plant height and stem diameter at R5 stage, roots, stems, leaves, petioles, pods dry weight and dry weight of almost all higher than the control. The pod dry weight in leading position at later growth stage. This indicates that S3307 and KT treatments can fully mobilize mung dry matter accumulation and distribution. At the same time, they also increased the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic characteristics of leaves, delayed the senescence of leaves. Spraying S3307 and KT treatments mung bean can effectivelyimproved the sugar and starch accumulation output in roots and leaves at R5 stage.Keeping the homeostasis in carbohydrate metabolism.4. Two consecutive years of field trials, spraying S3307 and KT treatments increased plant height, pod number per plant and seed weight, high yield at R5 stage,then laid a good foundation for high yield and quality of mung bean.
