Exorista civilis Rondani, Diptera: Tachinidae, Macroovipar. They liked the most to choice of last instar larvae as their host, It high rate of parasitism, but also suitable for very strong. Not only widespread, but also multi-master parasitoids insect, and it had a lot of host. It was advantaged to parasitoid the Mythimna separata Walker, Loxostege sticticalis Linne and many others of Lepidoptera. Exorista civilis’ s host species covered 13 families of Lepidoptera. This was important for biological control. The related reports of Exorista civilis was biological characteristics and storage of diapause up to now, but we rarely studied other aspects of it. In order to select the most suitable nutrition and host of Exorista civilis under indoor conditions, clarify the relationship between different host environments in the various indicators. More scientifically use Exorista civilis to control pest damage. This paper systematically studied the longevity, Fecundity and parasitic rate of Exorista civilis under different conditions, and many other life indicators of it. The main findings are as follows:Exorista civilis’ s longevity significantly different(P<0.05) in different host were treated. When it was parasitised on Spodoptera litura Fabricius, the female can live 33.7 days, Its showed that there were significant differences(P <0.05) between the other treatment. Its highest fecundity and daily fecundity when it was parasitised on Mythimna separata Walker, it’s 257.3 grain and 13.77 per day respectively. The parasitic rate from high to low was Loxostege sticticalis Linne 41.02%、Spodoptera exigua Hiibner 27.91%、Mythimna separata Walker 27.35%、Pyrausta nubilalis Hubern 2.88%、Spodoptera litura Fabricius 0.00%. Female progeny larval stage to egg stage last the longest for 12.10 days when it was parasitised on Pyrausta nubilalis Hubern, that there were significant differences(P <0.05) between the other treatment. The progeny larval stage to egg stage was not significant difference(P>0.05) when Exorista civilis was parasitised onLoxostege sticticalis Linnemale and Spodoptera exigua Hiibner. And there was significant difference(P <0.05) from the other treatments. The time of progeny larval stage to egg stage was similar between male and female.Deputy correlation between pupa weight and fecundity was significant when the host was Mythimna separata Walker, but the correlation between longevity and fecundity was significant. Only the relationship between longevity and fertility are significant when female Exorista civilis was parasitised on Spodoptera exigua Hiibner. The correlation between longevity, hind tibia length and fecundity was very significant when the host was Loxostege sticticalis Linne. The relationship between longevity and fertility are also significant when female Exorista civilis was parasitised on Pyrausta nubilalis Hubern. The longer longevity, the higher fecundity. The effects of feeding different nutrients toExorista civilis on their longevity, daily average survival rate, fecundity, spawning period, daily fecundity, and the developmental duration, longevity, parasitic rate, emergence amount, female rate of filial generation and other indexes are studied in the thesis. The nutrients include 20% honey, fructose, glucose, sucrose and clear water(control). The results showed that 20% of the honey water treatment Exorista civilis, the average life expectancy of female flies 33.13 days, the average life expectancy of male flies 21.71 days, there are significant differences between water(control). Feeding 20% honey water females live longest of 51 days, the survival rate was significantly higher than the other three treatments, water feeding female lifetime was only 1 day. Exorista civilis supplement of 20% of the average daily fecundity fecundity and honey water and other water control and treatment difference was significant(P <0.05), were 70.2 and 13.77 per day. 20% honey water feeding female flies the average life expectancy, at 35.41 days. Each treatments and water control were significantly different amount of feathering progeny of Exorista civilis. Exorista civilis progeny of different nutrient sources pupal weight, parasitism, female flies rate of the difference was not significant.
