The article separates 20 strains of bacteria which can break down cellulose better from waste fermenting bed material and straw.one strain of bacteria producing higer cellulase activities were selected by screening plate stained with Congo red and liquid culture. named it ND3-3.according to morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16SrDNA homology and phylogenetic tree analysis, identified they belonged to Bacillus cereus G9241.Medium optimization and fermentation conditions for enzyme production through one strain of bacteria producing higer cellulase activities, Finally identified one strain bacteria culture medium formula for:lactose 10 g/L, Urea 10 g/L, NaCl 10g/L, MgSO4·7H2O 0.3g/L, KH2PO4 0.5g/L,Tween-80 2g/L. The fermentation conditions of ND3-3:pH is 7.0, Fermentation time is 80.1h, Inoculation quantity is 3ml,The load of 250ml-flask was 96ml,incubation temperature 42.5℃, Speed is 220 r/min, Seed culture time is 35h, and the enzyme activity could reach as high as 44.06U/ml。 Compared with not optimization improved 50.9% in ND3-3.Through the access strain ND3-3 from composts cushions fermentation bed for raising pigs. Study on the cushions fermenting bed material and physicochemical characteristics of composts. The results shows that The inoeulation of exogenous microbial preparation will help shorten the compostingtime, improve product quality composted. The heavy metal total no change in reduced, but its effective state change. Exchanging state of Cu reduced from 12.08% to 5.72%, Carbonate binding from 7.26% to 5.03%. Exchanging state of Zn reduced from 2.17% to 1.25%, Carbonate binding from11.78% to 4.95%. On the one hand, through discarded litter compost fermentation experiment resources effectively can bring economic benefits. On the other hand, its plays a significant role in promoting environmental protection.
