Yunyan 87 is derived from Yunyan II (female parent) and K326’s(male parent) hybridization, breeded by Yunnan tobacco scientific research institute and China tobacco breeding research center (south). In December 2000, Yunyan 87 was approved by national variety approval committee. Also, it’s the main cultivar in Chenzhou area. It shall have a positive significance that conducting a research on the production technology of Yunyan 87’s high quality and suitable yield.The purpose of this study is to provide a meaningful reference for the production technology of Yunyan 87. Aiming to ensure the tobacco’s production and supply in Chenzhou city. The results of the study are as follows:Firstly, Flue-cured tobacco cultivation experiment about the use of a new special basal tells us:1. Yunyan 87 had an improvement in production, percent of the superior tobacco is increased 0.31% than CK’s; 2.The growth period of Yunyan 87 is longer than CK’s growth period. 3. The plant height of Yunyan 87 is higher than CK’s and and the stem girth of Yunyan 87 is bigger than CK’s. The plant height of Yunyan 87 in Guiyang is reached 98.8cm. 4. Conbining the performance of Yunyan 87 in three different sites, the economic benefit of Yunyan 87 in Anren city is better than the others. Percent of the superior tobacco is reached 98.08%, is signifigantly higher than the other two.Secondly, the different transplanting period’s field experiment studied the influence of early transplanting on Yunyan 87. it can be seen that early transplanting of Yunyan 87 can promote Yunyan 87’s vegetative growth,making Yunyan 87’s root system flourishing and leaf more green than CK,can delay Yunyan 87’s mature fall yellow,having a significant improve in yield of Yunyan 87.Thirdly, the new organic cake fertilizer can improve the plant height, stem girth,lenth and width of the leaf,yield and production to some extent.Fourthly, Organic potassium field experiment show: Organic potassium can benefit vegetative growth of tobacco, developing the root system,making Yunyan 87’s leaf greener,putting of mature of Yunyan 87,meanwhile,having a improve on yield and quality of Yunyan87.at the same time,the use of Organic potassium can obviously improve the quality of tobacco.Fifth, Peduncle mulch application technology study tells us: 1, Peduncle mulch has certain ability of heat preservation and moisture. Though their effect is a little worse than CDDE, its cover time is longer than CDDE. What’s more, Peduncle mulch can degradation automatically and decrease work force in dyestripping. So, it’s better to use Peduncle mulch. 2, the using of Peduncle mulch has an improvement of the yield and quality of tobacco, especially can promote upper leafs grow and quality. It is likely associate with the long time coverage. 3, Peduncle mulch has the ability of delaying weed’s grow. Accordingly, it decreases the work force of weeding and the number of herbicide.Sixth, Indigenous bacteria propagation field experiment showed that the Indigenous bacteria we used has no effects on tobacco’s quality and production. It has not effects on the fertilizer absorption ability of tobacco’s roots.
