Rice is the staple food crop in Jianghuai Area,and nearly 2/3 of the population were based on rice.The area is one of the major agricultural regions in china. The survey found that,with a gradual increase in recent years, rural labor costs, labor and mechanization live section of this rapid development. It is foreseeable that mechanical seeding rice cultivation will be increasing the size.Rice direct-seeding machine is the critical equipment for achieved mechanically live.According to the survey found that there are many transplanter in jianghuai area,but there is very little farm machinery can be compatible with it.This caused the waste in large part,therefore,we design and promote a rice direct-seeding machine which can complete the rice transplanter head,this can improve the utilization rate of agricultural machinery.This paper aims at combines three aspects to design the key components and the whole structure of the Rice direct-seeding machine,first,analysis the view properties and physical-mechanical properties of rice seed, second, combine with the current existence shortages of seeding machine such as uneven sowing, sowing imprecise control and etc, third, research and analysis the operation status of rice direct seeding machine at home and abroad which according to the technical specifications for the project. For existing major problems obstruct the mud and sliding resistance of the Boat-motherboard, using ANSYS FLOTRAN(CFX) to optimize the design of it.The drawing of machinery’s core parts and the establishment of the virtual prototype are based on 3D software Creo.The mechanical analysis of traction frame using the theory of mechanics. The strength check of the virtual prototype’s key components are rely on ANSYS. The rice direct-seeding metering device and the seeding quantity control system was designed, and tested in the seed mater performance test bench in order to test the seeding uniformity and the system stability of the seeder. Finally, using field experiment verify the performance of the machines.After analysis of the experimental data obtained, the system is mainly achieved the following research:1.The study of direct seeding machine in the field, whose dynamic metering mechanism come from the wheel or the pressing wheel,found that the machine prone to slipping, this situation causes the machine running unstable and uneven seeding. In this paper, using motor driven metering and PLC real-time to control the seeding quantity for solving this problem, to achieve the stability and uniformity of sowing seeds.2.First, this paper provide the parameters of seed characteristics through analysis the view properties and physical-mechanical properties of rice seed. Design a machine with row sowing device of spiral sheave. Its manufacturing using advanced 3D printing technology, in the last, test the validate of index by the test bench and the results are meet the related standards.3. Currently, there is a large sliding resistance of soil and other serious problems obstruct the boat bottom,simulation analysis of the fluid ship bottom, In this paper, simulation analysis the fluid under the Boat-motherboard and to optimize the shape and thickness of section. The test proved that it is effective in reducing obstruct soil and energy consumption.4. According to the technical requirements of the project,the machine width is 2.5m, the seed row number is 10. We designed suspension mechanism, seed agencies, seed tube, hydraulic profiling and ditching slotted bodies floating plate. The test proved that it meet the requirements of rice planting,and this machine has an open drain, a seeding slot and seeding function.5. The whole system is divided into two steps, firstly, using three dimension modeling software Creo to draw the core parts of machines, and assembly of prototype, finally get the virtual prototyping, which reflect the components’design parameters and the external shape, and through interference checking to verify the correctness of the design. Secondly, the static analysis of handing components and the strength meet the design requirements..6. we can know from the analysis of test data, the machine can work in the paddy field after tillage and its efficiency nearly 6-8 acres per hour. It has good passing through ability and stability while working in the field, and the quality is reliable, compared with the traditional sowing machine,it can greatly improve economic efficiency through save labor. And the important is the indicators it has all meet the state standard.
