In recent years, Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCD) has become one of the most devastating diseases on tomatoes, and has a direct impact on the quality and yield for tomatoes. The application of guanidine hydrochloric and other chemicalsantivirals is tow on actual field efficiency of TYLCD. Jiangsu Province Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Production Environment and Put-inSubstances Safety Laboratory first discovered, eugenol has good field control effect on plant viral diseases including TYLCD, up to 70%. This thesis from three studies of eugenol forms processing, development the field using technology, residues detected in tomato fruit. Endusing eugenol, and with low toxicity and tow residue of chemical pesticides, established a high-security using technology in field in North Jiangsu to controlling TYLCD,The maximum residue limits for pesticides in tomato fruits met China and exported to Japan, European Union standards.1.By the solvent, co-surfactants, emulsifiers and other additives screening, ultimately determine the best formula of 20% water emulsion of eugenol (emulsion in water, EW): eugenol 20%, ethanol 10%, SC-10210%, n-butanoll%, ethylene glycol 5%, water-soluble azone2%, water make up 100%. Technical indicators:Active ingredients eugenol content of 20%; Appearance of milky white opaque homogeneous liquid; dispersion as "excellent"; After under (54±2)℃storage two weeks, the samples were still kept uniform, eugenol decomposition rate of<5%, analysis of water rate< 10%.2. By alginate, Tween-80, the curing temperature, stirring speed of colostrum and double emulsion orthogonal experiment, the best method of preparation of microcapsules eugenol has finalized:alginate 3%(w/v), Tween-803%(w/v), Span-801.5%(w/v), sodium dodecyl sulfate 0.5%(w/v),the concentration of anhydrous calcium chloride in n-propanol is 20%(w/v), the curing crosslinking temperature 20 ℃, the colostrum stirring speed3000 r/min, double emulsion stirring speed 1500 r/min, crosslinking time 30 min. Technical indicators:. The results of prepared eugenol microcapsufes were smooth surface, spherical, 5 umaverageparticle size, encapsulation efficiency was 84.6%.3. By HPLC analysis eugenol in tomato fruit showed that, the high accuracy and sensitivity of this method, standard curve r=0.9998, recovery was 85.4%-100.9%, coefficient of variation of 3.9%-10.6%, digestion in tomato law first order kinetic model, the half-life of 7.5 h, the experiment results meet the requirements.4. To 20% eugenol EW and microcapsules as the core, maximum residue limits for pesticides in food of Chinanational standards as an indicator, we established a high-security using technology in field in North Jiangsuto controlling tomato yellow leaf curl virus disease(TYLCV). Eugenol microcapsules 60 g.ai/hm2 used five times in the whole growth period of tomato,40% acetamipridWDG used three times and 5% procymidone 20% thiram mixture WP 300 g/hm2 used two times before fruiting stage. The efficiency was 70% above. The pesticide detection results in tomato fruit showed that,20% eugenol EW and eugenol microcapsules 60 g.ai/hm2 processing tomato residues were 0.098mg/kg and 0.133mg/kg, with residues of other administration of the agent in tomato are in compliance the maximum residue limits for pesticides in tomato frruitswith China and exported to Japan, the European Union standards.
