Abstract/Summary:
The test with garden flowers plants Cirsium japonicum Fisch. ex DC as materials to study the different concentrations (0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%,0.6%) of NaCl and Na2SO4 and Na2CO3 stresses on its seed germination, seedling growth and physiological. The results are as follows:1, Under the NaCl treatment, seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index of Cirsium japonicum Fisch. ex DC are the decrease trend with the increase of salt concentration, Na2CO3 treatment shows a sharp decline, while under the Na2SO4 processing showed a trend of rise slightly lower after first. With NaCl concentration of 0.2% or more, the germination rate and germination potential reduce significantly, germination index were significantly reduced in the concentration of 0.1% or higher. In 0.1% concentration of Na2CO3 treatment,the seed germination rate, germination potential and germination index is reduced nearly 40% with CK, the salt injury rate is 42.5% higher than CK. Na2SO4 concentration was 0.1%, slightly higher than that of CK.Germination rate, germination potential increasedwith concentration decreased significantly under concentration of 0.2% or more. NaCl, Na2CO3 and Na2SO4 processing of seed germination under half lethal concentration 0.5%,0.1% and 0.5%, respectively. The seedling root length NaCl treatment and seedling height Na2SO4 treatment is gradually decreased with the increase of concentration and high concentration of 0.3% Under the NaCl treatment and the concentration of 0.4% Na2SO4, seedling root length, seedling height was controlled to reduce 50%; The seedling height of NaCl treatment and root length of Na2SO4 treatment showed a trend of first down later,with the increase of the concentration.When the concentration of 0.1%, the two indicator swere slightly higher than the contrast.Na2CO3 treatment of seedling root length and shoot height were significantly reduced with the increase of concentration. With the concentration of 0.5% or higher, seedling height and root length reduced to0.2, Under Na2SO4 treatment of leaf blade wilting and necrosis phenomenon did not appear. And NaCl treatment to 1 d leaf blade is no obvious change. When dealing to3 d, Part of the leaf blade wilting began to beige stripes with0.6% of NaCl treatment.When handling to5 d, the concentration of 0.5% NaCl treatment with part leaf blade wilting was graduallybrown. Dealing with 1 d,0.5% concentration of Na2CO3 treatment of leaves began to grow soft and curly, while 0.6% of Na2CO3 treatment with part of the blade had beige stripes. When dealing with 3 d,0.4% of Na2CO3 processing blade also began to grow soft curl, concentration of 0.5% or more of Na2CO3 treatment leaves of most of the blade are wilting and gradually go brown. Processing to 5 d,0.4% of Na2CO3 treatment part of leaves blade local appear brown stripes, while 0.5% of Na2CO3 treatment of leaves blade severe wilting,0.6% of Na2CO3 treatment of whole plant has died.3, Dealing with 1 d,3 d, NaCl and Na2CO3 treatment of Cirsium japonicum Fisch. ex DC of leaf water content with the increase of concentration showed a trend of gradual decline. Dealing tol d,0.1% of NaCl treatment was slightly higher than the control, and leaf water content under Na2SO4 stress change is not obvious. When dealing with 5 d, leaf water content is decreases with the increase of concentration, and the moisture content of concentration was 0.6%under the Na2CO3 treatment of plants have died.When dealing with 1 d, NaCl processing of leaf proline content and soluble sugar content of Na2SO4 treatment shows the change trend of first increases and then decreases,; Soluble sugar showed a trend of slow increase;Na2CO3 treatment of leaf proline and soluble sugar content of NaCl treatment is gradually increased with the rising of concentration. The leaf soluble sugar content of Na2CO3 treatment appeared first in lowered after rising trend. When dealing with 3 d, three kmds of salt processing under the leaf proline and soluble sugar content were increased gradually with concentration. When handling to 5 d, in addition to the leaf proline content of Na2CO3 treatment varies with the concentration showed a trend of first of lowered later, the other two proline content under salt stress are slowly increase with concentration. Soluble sugar content under NaCl treatment showed a downward trend after rising first, reach maximum when the concentration of 0.5%.While the other two kinds of salt processing of soluble sugar content were increased with the increase of the concentration.When dealing with 1 d, three kinds of salt processing the leaf chlorophyll content of all showed a trend of first down later. When dealing with 3 d, the chlorophyll content change trend of dealing with three kinds of salt 1 d basic consistent, but chlorophyll content was 1 d increased. When dealing with 5 d, NaCl and Na2SO4 andNa2CO3 treatment of leaf chlorophyll content with the concentration are first and falling trend later.Three kinds of salt treatment in 1 d,3 d.5 d, MDA content increased with the concentration and gradually increase. When dealing with 1 d,NaCl, Na2CO3 treatment of leaf of POD, SOD activity gradually decreases with the increase of concentration, and Na?SO4 in dealing to 1 d, leaf of POD and SOD activity slowly increaseed with the increase of concentration, and leaf of CAT activity under three kinds of salt processing are presented after the first rising with the increase of the concentration of the trend of the drop. When processing to 3 d.5 d, three kinds of salt processing leaf of POD. SOD activity was at first and lowered later with the increase of concentration. When processing to 3 d.NaCl, Na2CO3 treatment of blade CAT activity is characterized by falling volatility, with the increase of the concentration in the valley of slightly higher than the value. Na2SO4 processing leaf of CAT activity at first and lowered later with the increase of concentration of three salt processing of CAT activity. Na2SO4Dealing to 5d-Na2CO3 treatment of CAT activity fell volatility. With the NaCl treatment of CAT activity down after first rises with the increase of concentration. Three kinds of CAT activity under salt processing appeared the concentration of the peak is not consistent.
