This study was designed to investigate the relationships between chemical composition and digestible energy (DE), digestibility of nutrients, standardized of ileal digestibility of amino acid of distiller grains, to establish relative prediction models for DE, digestibility of nutrents and standardized of ileal digestibility of amino acid. To study the correlation relationships between DE, digestibility of nutrents in vitro methods and DE by total feces collection method. This thesis is mainly composed of three part.Experiment 1 Prediction models for DE of distiller grains via chemical analysis for swineThis experiment was mainly conducted to investigate the relationships between chemical composition and digestible energy (DE), digestibility of energy (dE), digestibility of dry matter (DMD) of distiller grains based on unified National Feeding Standards analysis methods, to establish prediction models for DE, dE, DMD by chemical composition. The DE, dE, DMD of distillers grains was determined by animal experiment. The correlation relationship was studied between DE, dE, DMD of distillers grains and chemical composition including crude protein (CP), ash (Ash), crude fiber (CF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), ether extract (EE), nitrogen free extract (NFE) and gross energy (GE), to choose the best prediction factor and build the equitation of DE, dE and DMD. The results showed that fiber was the best predictors for prediction DE and digestibility of nutrents, CF was the best predictors for DE and dE, NDF was the best predictors for DMD. The effective of ADF and NFE was performed through CF and NDF. According to the result of correlation analysis, the linear regression equations were predicted. The predicting models for DE was DE=16.128-0.370 CF-0.093 ADF+ 0.131 NDF (R2=0.937, RSD=0.69, P<0.01). The best predicting model for dE was dE =105.280-2.085 CF (R2=0.948, RSD=3.14, P<0.01). The best predicting model for DMD was DMD=13.842-0.216 NDF+1.051 NFE (R2=0.801, RSD=3.92, P<0.01).Experiment 2 Prediction models for Standard Ileal Digestibility of Amino Acid of distiller grains via chemical analysis for swineThis experiment was mainly conducted to investigate the relationships between chemical composition and the standardized ileal digestibility of Amino Acids (SID), to establish prediction models for the standardized ileal digestibility of Amino Acids and explore the feasibility of prediction models. The standardized ileal digestibility of Amino Acids of eight kinds of distillers grains was determined by exogenous indicator method and difference method with T-cannula Tech. The relationship between chemical composition including crude protein (CP),ash (Ash), crude fiber (CF). acid detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), ether extract (EE), nitrogen free extract (NFE) and gross energy (GE) and standardized ileal digestibility of Amino acids (Lys, Met, Leu, Trp, Val, Arg, Thr) were investigated in order to establish relative predicting model for distiller grains with chemical composition. The results showed that EE was the best predictors for SID of Met, CP was was the best predictors for SID of Arg, ADF was the best predictors for SID of Thr. The linear regression equations of Met, Arg, Thr were predicted by the results of correlation analysis were SMet=107.908+15.787 EE-6.481 GE+0.570 ADF (R2=0.883, RSD=3.80, P<0.05), SArg=-95,525+13.722 CP-0.659 ASH-1.305 ADF (R2=0.953, RSD=3.88, P<0.01), SThr=23.727+2.065 ADF-1.265 NDF-0.389 Ash+ 0.327 CF (R2=0.955, RSD=1.96, P<0.05). The successful of prediction model of SID may decide by the level of AA and SID of AA.Experiment 3 The determination of DE, dE, DMD of distiller grains in vitroThis experiment was mainly conducted to investigate the relationship between in vitro DE, dE, DMD and DE by total feces collection method and establish linear regression equations between those, and explore the feasibility of prediction models. The DE, dE, DMD of 9 distiller grains were determined with In vitro. The results showed that DE and IVDE, dE and INdE had a diffirence between 0.5~5.14 MJ/kg,1.12~31.11% respectively. IVDMD was 1.49~2.48 folder of DMD. There was significant difference between the data from total feces collection method and in vitro method. The in vitro method need more study in future. The study constructed a linear model for DE and dE of distiller grains successfully by chemical composition and verified the reliability of use feed chemical composition to predict feed Bioavail energy furtherly. The study established the prediction model badly, though the chemical composition analysis to predict the standard ileal amino acid digestibility need further study. The results of In vitro method for distiller grains had a great difference with total feces collection method, it could or couldn’t predict DE for a single raw material correctly need more study. |
