This research aims at determining the nutrient level of rice bran with different acid values and assessing the apparent metabolizable energy(AME),nitrogen corrected apparent metabolizable energy(AMEn),ileal digestible energy(IDE)and AA apparent ileal digestibility(AID)of different acid-value rice bran at different ages.Explore the effect of rancidity of rice bran on its nutrient level and effective energy value.504 1d male yellow broiler chickens were selected and divided into 7 treatments.They were fed corn-soybean meal-based diets and six trial diets.The experimental diets collected three rice bran with different acid values and added to the basal diet(only substitute for the energy component of the basal diet)with 15% and 30% proportion.In the Exp.1,AME and AMEn of the diets were determined by total feces method at 14-16 d and 28-30 d,IDE was measured by Ileum terminal chyme method on 17 d and 31 d.In Exp.2,the apparent ileal amino acid digestibility(AID)of the diet was determined on the 17 d and by ileal chyme method.The results of Exp.1:(1)As the acid value goes up,total energy,crude fat and crude protein of rice bran were reduced.(2)The AME,AMEn,IDE of rice bran with three acid valve were 14-16 d,11.92 MJ/kg,11.80 MJ/kg,11.71 MJ/kg(acid value 5.56 mg KOH/g);13.26 MJ/kg,12.87 M J/kg,12.69 MJ/kg(acid value 9.74 mgKOH/g);9.22 MJ/kg,8.79 MJ/kg,9.60 M J/kg(acid value 13.17 mg KOH/g);28-30 d,10.30 MJ/kg,10.13 MJ/kg,10.29 M J/kg(acid value 5.56 mgKOH/g);10.84 MJ/kg,10.46 MJ/kg,10.22 MJ/kg(acid price 9.74 mgKOH/g);9.81 MJ/kg,9.24 MJ/kg,9.69 MJ/kg(acid value 13.17 m gKOH/g).(3)14-16 d,acid value of rice bran has no significant effect on the A ME,AMEn,IDE of diets(P>0.05),addition ratio and acid value×addition ratio had significant effect on AME,AMEn and IDE(P<0.05);28-30 d,those factors has no significant effect on the AME,AMEn,IDE of diets(P>0.05).The results of Exp.2:(1)The contents of amino acids of rice bran were decreased with the increasing of acid value except Met,Pro and Trp;(2)17d Lys AID,Met AID,Trp AID,and Thr AID of rice bran with three acid valve were 84.18%,89.30%,84.45%,89.45%(5.56 mgKOH/g),90.20%,85.34%,89.48%,and 90.92%,r espectively.9.74 mg KOH/g);77.65%,83.23%,81.356%,92.22%(13.17 mgKOH/g);31 d were 88.72% and 91.67%,88.87%,83.21%(5.56 mgKOH/g);87.25%,90.57%,90.19%,86.70%(9.74 mgKOH/g);81.42%,88.37%,89.09%,87.00%(13.17 mgKOH/g).(3)17d,the acid value and the acid value×addition ratio had no significant effect on the AIDs of 18 kinds of amino acids(P>0.05).The addition ratio had a significant effect on the AID of lysine(P<0.05).The results of 31d were basically the same.In conclusion,nutrient contents of rice bran with different acid values are different,and there are also differences in the effective energy value and amino acid digestibility of yellow broilers.When rice bran is used in diets,the recommended acid value and the ratio of addition are due to the age of broilers.
