Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are the three factors of tea plant growth, and they can be absorbed form the growing condition by tea trees roots and leaves, transported and distributed to the organs, involving in physiological metabolism, needed for the growth of tea trees. In the studies of Tea cultivation physiology and Tea Nutritional Physiology, absorption and accumulation and utilization of nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium has been used as an important part of it. Existing researches are mostly by the instrumentality of fertilizer field trials or investigation, which outcome maybe interfered by soil conditions, rainfall and other environmental factors, as a result, the conclusions are poor regularity. The paper studied the accumulation and utilization character of nitrogen and phosphor and potassium in tea plants cultured in hydroponics based on Tea Cultivation and Plant Physiology and Plant Nutrition and other related disciplines theory, aimed at enriching the nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium nutrition research in Tea Cultivation Physiology. Meanwhile, it should provide "precision fertilization " and " fertilization " happened in tea cultivation data and theoretical guidance.Study includes the following:(1) Accumulation and utilization character of nitrogen and phosphor and potassium absorbed by roots in tea plants cultured in hydroponics. (2) Accumulation and utilization character of nitrogen and phosphor and potassium absorbed by leaves in tea plants cultured in hydroponics.(3) Effects of phosphorus and potassium on accumulation and utilization of nitrogen in tea plants cultured in hydroponics.(4) Effects of nitrogen on accumulation and utilization of phosphorus and potassium in tea plants cultured in hydroponics. The main research results obtained are as follows.(1) Hydroponics tea plant absorb nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium by roots.Nitrogen content of hydroponics tea plant leaves and top stem varies with Nitrogen concentration, in keeping with the model of while central stem and bottom stem are agree with Phosphorus content of hydroponics tea plant top stem varies with phosphorus concentration,in keeping with the model of while central Stem is agree with the model of Y=a+bx. Potassium content of hydroponics tea plant roots varies with potassium concentration,in keeping with the model of while central stem and top stem are agree with ,and leaves and bottom stem are agree with Y=a+bxHydroponics tea plant absorb nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium by leaves. Nitrogen content of hydroponics tea plant leaves varies with nitrogen concentration,in keeping with the model of Y=a+bx,while roots is agree with Phosphorus content of hydroponics tea plant leaves varies with phosphorus concentration, in keeping with the model of ,while top stem is agree with the model of Potassium content of hydroponics tea plant top stem varies with potassium concentration, in keeping with the model of Y=a+bx.(2) It is better that hydroponics tea plant absorb nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium by roots than by leaves. The utilization of nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium absorbed by roots are 24.59%~46.46%,7.38%~19.63% andl5%~20%,while the utilization of nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium absorbed by leaves are 4.45%-19.69%,2.73%~5.14% and 5.46%~11.76%.(3) There are some differences in organs where nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium accumulate mainly. The nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium absorbed by roots accumulate stem or root, mainly. Nitrogen distribution rate of stem is 39.66%~64.84% and nitrogen distribution rate of root is 30%-40%,and phosphorus distribution rate of stem is 38.34%~75.79%,and potassium distribution rate of stem is 3.34%~44.97%,while potassium distribution rate of root is 36.46%-41.86%. The nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium absorbed by leaves accumulate leaf, mainly. Nitrogen distribution rate of leaf is 52.83%~79.81%,and phosphorus distribution rate of leaf is as more as 73.34%,and potassium distribution rate of leaf is more than 79.04%.(4) It’s proved that there are interaction in nitrogen and potassium of accumulation and utilization. Phosphorus could reduce nitrogen utilization of hydroponics tea plant, the amount of decrease is between 2.66%~23.54%,which will increase with hoist of phosphorus concentration. Potassium could promote hydroponics tea plant absorption of nitrogen,as a result, nitrogen utilization is increased about 11.52%.(5) The potassium utilization is increased 3.78%~11.66% and the phosphorus utilization keep stable, when nitrogen concentrations is low. If nitrogen concentrations is high, the phosphorus utilization and potassium utilization can be decreased 1.29%~12.68%, 5.01%~7.79%.(6) Nitrogen enhanced hydroponic tea plant roots cumulative capacity of phosphorus, lead to the phosphorus distribution rate of roots is increased 15.12%~19.15%,while the phosphorus distribution rate of stem is decreased 16.23%~21.94%. Nitrogen can increase the potassium distribution rate of leaf and stem 9.50%~13.49%,0.88%-8.96%,while the potassium distribution rate of root is decreased 12.82%~19.43%.(7) Phosphorus can increase the nitrogen distribution rate of leaf 17.52%~46.12%, while the nitrogen distribution rate of stem is decreased 13.87%~41.91%.The nitrogen distribution rate of leaf is increased 10.60%~44.94%,when potassium concentrations is low. If potassium concentrations is high, the nitrogen distribution rate of stem can be increased 30.95%-46.10%.
