Using the method of comparative analysis, theoretical calculation and test of jujube the component analysis of physical properties of the mixing material, determine the geometry size of materials and suspension speed, so as to determine appropriate cleaning wind speed and vibration parameters, and through the single factor and orthogonal test to calculate the impact the cleaning efficiency of optimal parameters, It is concluded that the wind screen cleaning effect.And the power consumption is the objective function to optimize the cleaning machine, and get the optimal parameters of the cleaning efficiency and power consumption.The optimized design parameters for jujube separation cleaning equipment design research.
