At present, the XinJiang Uygur Autonomous Region characteristic horticulture has more than1.47 million hectares of cultivated area, fruit industry base has basically realize the large-scale development.Fruit industry has become the XinJiang Uygur Autonomous Region to fully solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers",the important industry of promoting the farmers’ income.And jujube with its benefits of increasing farmers’ income and improve the ecological and other unique advantages,and match to xinjiang and heat resources, land resources and other natural advantages, promotes the xinjiang jujube industry development vigorously. jujube industry has become the important driving force to promote the development of xinjiang specialty horticulture.However, in the process of the traditional jujube processing technology, jujube artificial cleaning work in the field of the filter, then use wind screening in factory assembly line. The repeatability of the cleaning is restricted the jujube harvest efficiency, cost and increased the fruit jujube harvest. In addition, because the current jujube harvest mechanization technology is not mature, not a wide range of promotion, and the current jujube Tian Jianqing optional equipment is still blank, low efficiency, high cost for red date collecting way, need to design a simple and convenient jujube cleaning equipment, used to make up for the jujube harvest technology, reduce the cost.In this paper, through research methods such as understanding of jujube harvest patterns with existing harvest for the usage of the wind screen type jujube cleaner machine design, and has carried on the simulation and experimental research. Using the method of comparative analysis, theoretical calculation and test of jujube the component analysis of physical properties of the mixing material, determine the geometry size of materials and suspension speed, so as to determine appropriate cleaning wind speed and vibration parameters, and through the single factor and orthogonal test to calculate the impact the cleaning efficiency of optimal parameters, It is concluded that the wind screen cleaning effect.And the power consumption is the objective function to optimize the cleaning machine, and get the optimal parameters of the cleaning efficiency and power consumption.The optimized design parameters for jujube separation cleaning equipment design research.
