First using3D modeling software PRO/E to establish a separate entity hammermill model device, and then import the fluid analysis software FLUENT in separate flowpaths within the flow field numerical simulation, flow field analysis of the results ofconvergence for FLUENT-EDEM simulation analysis provides flow model, and thenFLUENT-EDEM (airflow field-particle) coupling module level of each experimentalfactor grinder screening process simulation, the final simulation results were comparedwith experimental analysis we concluded. Comparative results show that the simulationresults agree with the experimental results, the relative error is less than4%. And as a basisto determine the best combination of screen structure parameters and airflow parameters.Choose different operating parameters for the hammer mill for grinding of different sizeparticles provide experimental and theoretical basis.
