In the southern part of Xinjiang, perennial drought and little rain, and long hours of sunshine, the evaporation of soil moisture is greater than the supply, the formation of saline alkali soil, hinder the development of local agricultural economy in Xinjiang.This study use agricultural and forestry residues--cotton stalk preparation of wood vinegar, the southern saline alkali soil improvement, a single factor experiment with the dilution of the solution of wood vinegar, of wood vinegar liquid in point source infiltration process of water, salt migration, inquiry of water, salt spatial migration changes, thus revealing wood vinegar on the water, the mechanism of salt, and the multi factor experimental analysis of effects of wood vinegar and cotton carbon fertilizer of soil and cotton growth process, so as to optimize crop growth and reduce the effect of soil salinity.The main results are as follows:(1) Wood vinegar on soil water movement parameters impact: by using the single factor experiment,analysis of the influence of different concentration of wood vinegar on the soil water movement parameters.By soil water characteristic curve fitting analysis, found that the soil water characteristic curve from high to low in order to 800, 600, 400, 1000, ck, 1200;and 800 in the experimental group to water capacity of the strongest, 1200 in the experimental group to water ability is the weakest.The saturated hydraulic conductivity of the soil can be improved by the saturated hydraulic conductivity of the soil, and the effect of improving the saturated hydraulic conductivity of saline alkali soil is best when the wood vinegar is diluted 1000 times.The fitting curve shows that the wood vinegar has a certain effect on saline alkali soil improvement, and the improvement effect is most obvious when the soil volume water content is higher than 35%.For soil water diffusivity fitting analysis, It is found that the wood vinegar liquid dilution in 400 times, 600 times, 800 times improves the saline alkali soil water diffusivity, and wood vinegar diluted in a1000 times, 1200 times reduces the saline alkali soil water diffusivity.(2) Wood vinegar on saline alkali soil water and salt movement characteristics of influence: the point source infiltration experiments. It is found that with increasing time of infiltration and applied different dilutions of wood vinegar liquid wetting front level, vertical movement distance were increased, the conductivity less than 5ms·cm-1 region is becoming larger and larger.In the horizontal position, soil moisture content and distribution of no much difference; in the vertical position, the experimental group600 and the control group ck is similar, the experimental group 400, 600, 800, 1200 are similar, water mainly concentrated in the vicinity of the dripper and wood vinegar liquid dilution factor is small, water is more concentrated.Therefore, the soil in the vertical direction of wood vinegar has hindered the effect of moisture diffusion, while in the horizontal direction has no significant effect.(3) Wood vinegar liquid of cotton planting application: the orthogonal experiment, wood vinegar and cotton carbon fertilizer on cotton emergence rate and boll number significantly influence;and wood vinegar and cotton stalk carbon fertilizer on cotton in different growth periods, plant height, plant diameter significantly affected;effect of wood vinegar and cotton stalk carbon fertilizer soil pH value and conductivity of cotton in different periods.When the plant height standard reference, the 9 treatment of cotton grow best; when to plant diameter standard reference, the 9 treatment of cotton grow best; when to PH value of soil standard reference, the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 9 can reduce soil PH value;when the soil electrical conductivity was used as the reference standard, the 1, 2, 5, 6 and 9 could reduce the soil electricalconductivity.The 9 treatment can significantly reduce the PH value and the soil conductivity, but also can promote the growth of cotton.Therefore, the optimal treatment method is wood vinegar diluted 1600 times and cotton carbon fertilizer 22 g.
