Red jujube is known as "the king of the fruit". Along with people living standard is increasing day by day,the red jujube is becoming more and more highly quality requirements, complicated composition, a living,composition in the shift. So the workload is small, high reliability and applicable scope of methods is necessary.Application of near infrared spectrometer to collect red jujube near-infrared diffuse reflection spectrum for companies Thermo Fisher Scientific, and carries on the spectrum pretreatment, spectral baseline correction. Adopting two-dimensional correlation analysis software for 2 d- shige, the correlation analysis was carried out on the two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy, red jujube molecular internal functional groups as the dynamic change law of the external micro disturbances around the red jujube under different conditions(different soil quality of red jujube, jujube refrigerating temperature and soil nutrient analysis)and the quality change of experimental analysis and processing.Adopting one-dimensional dynamic near-infrared spectroscopy combined with two-dimensional correlation spectrum analysis technology, different soil were studied in the region of southern xinjiang jujube quality nuances.By placing YuTu jujube, and the original near infrared spectrum, its spectral data difference is not obvious.By comparing the irrigation YuTu jujube, and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy.We found that irrigation YuTu soil jujube has strong automatic peak of 4 500 cm- 1 and 6 665cm- 1, sandy soil jujube strong automatic peak is 6 830 cm- 1. Adopting one-dimensional near-infrared spectroscopy combined with two-dimensional correlation infrared spectrum technology for different cold storage temperatures of southern xinjiang jujube quality were analyzed. And improves the resolution of the spectrum, intuitive and effectively get the more information on jujube variation of components in cold storage.Different cold storage temperatures of jujube one-dimensional near infrared spectrum of difference is not obvious, automatically in two dimensional correlation spectrum peak position and the number is different.It shows that jujube is sensitive to cold storage temperature perturbation in the composition of the different changes of components and different intensity. Adopting 1 ℃, 1 ℃ and room temperature 0 ℃, 25 ℃storage test as a control group, determine the best red jujube storage refrigeration temperature 0 ℃.The determination of the temperature in the red jujube maturity change detection and best refrigeration temperature has the guiding significance to the fine description and selection. The technology can effectively extend the shelf life of red jujube of fresh-keeping, find new breakthrough for jujube sales.Adopting one-dimensional near infrared spectrum and two-dimensional correlation spectrum analysis technology, the method of combining analysis and research the nanjiang area soil nutrients.By one-dimensional soil near infrared spectrum shows that the change of its spectral data, no significant difference by comparing the soil of different depth of 2 d correlation spectra obtained in 20 ~ 40 cm of soil nutrient content in the highest, 0 ~ 20 cm of soil nutrient content secondly, soil nutrient content at least 40 ~60 cm.The measured soil nutrient content and chemical methods are basically identical. Detection in the application of soil nutrient by two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy methods is to explore the external environment impact factor that influences the quality of red jujube has a promoting role.By studying the two-dimensional spectrum analysis method, applied to the infrared spectra, especially near infrared spectrum, using two-dimensional infrared correlation spectroscopy to obtain more useful information, to improve the resolution of the spectrum, the widely used in the material structure identification of infrared region is of great significance.
