| In order to clarify the fruit quality performance of jujube in southern Xinjiang,and explore the fruit quality difference of jujube in different producing areas in southern Xinjiang,and to provide theoretical basis for the division of jujube eugenic area.In this study,157 jujube fruits from 21 producing areas in southern Xinjiang were selected as experimental materials,and the indexes of appearance quality,internal quality and texture quality of jujube fruits from different producing areas in southern Xinjiang were analyzed by variance analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and entropy analysis,so as to study the fruit quality characteristics of jujube fruits from different producing areas and conduct comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality.At the same time,19 jujube producing areas were used to construct chemical fingerprints of jujube sugar and polyphenol components from different producing areas,and cluster analysis and grey correlation analysis were used to evaluate the quality of jujube from different producing areas.The specific results are as follows:(1)Jujube fruits from different producing areas had obvious differences in appearance quality,internal quality and texture quality,among which 225 clusters,47 clusters,Moyu County,Hetian County,224 clusters of Jujube fruits had the best texture quality;The single fruit weight of Jujube in 34 Tuan,Hetan City,33 Tuan,Shaya County and Luopu County was lower,and the fruit shape index was smaller.The total sugar content of jujube fruits from Hetian County,Shaya County,225 Tuan,Xinhe County and Hetian City was higher,but the organic acid content was lower.The total phenolic content of Jujube fruits in 33 tuan,225 tuan,34 tuan,31 tuan and Zepu County was higher.(2)Cluster analysis on fruit quality of Jujube from southern Xinjiang showed that Group Ⅱ was the best,including 47 Tuan,Moyu County,Hetian County and 225 Tuan.Jujube fruits from these producing areas had better single fruit weight,vertical and horizontal longitude,vitamin C content and texture quality,and had the highest comprehensive quality score.Through the cross analysis of principal component analysis and entropy analysis,it can be concluded that Hetian County and 225 Tuan Jujube ranked the top 3 among the two analysis methods,so it can be concluded that the comprehensive quality of Jujube fruit in Hetian County and 225 Tuan is better than that in other producing areas.(3)By constructing the fingerprint of polyphenol components and using cluster analysis and grey correlation analysis,Yutian County,Cele County and Minfeng County were the best producing areas for polyphenol components in 19 Jujube producing areas in southern Xinjiang.The best sugar component quality was produced in 34 Tuan,Pishan Farm and Cele County. |
