The experiment was conducted in the No. 3 experimental field of Xinjiang First Division agricultural scientific institute in 2014-2015. The variety of cotton was Xinluzhong material No. 37. In order to explore the effects of different chemical control methods on Agronomic Characters and yield quality of cotton, one conventional control(CK),two different chemical control treatments and one control methods used in production were set in drip irrigation cultivation management technology. This study researched the effects of different regulation modes on the agronomic characters of Cotton agronomic traits, chlorophyll content, cotton bolls spatial distribution, dry matter accumulation, seed cotton and lint yield and fiber quality of cotton. And it provided a theoretical basis for the chemical control of cotton. The field experiment results showed that:1. Comparing with CK,the height of Chemically treated cotton decreased slightly, and the stem diameter, first branch height and other agronomic traits has been optimized. And the abscission rate decreased, boll number increased and yield became higher under the conditions of chemical control. The yield of D1 and D2 treatment was higher than that of conventional CK and D3 treatment.2. The chlorophyll content of chemical control was higher than that of CK, which was beneficial to the accumulation of photosynthesis and the accumulation of organic matter.3. Comparing with CK, the boll number of chemical control increased and the spatial distribution of cotton boll was more reasonable. And the effective boll number of the D1 treatment was the most, and that of D2 was slightly lower than D1. And the number of effective bell affects yield directly.4. Chemical control can handle the distribution of dry matter during the growth and development of cotton, advance the peak of dry matter accumulation and promote the maturity of cotton boll; The above-ground dry matter of chemically regulated cotton was higher than that of the CK, which showed that the chemical treatment was beneficial to the accumulation and absorption of nutrient.5. Comparing with control CK, the seed cotton yield of chemical regulation treatment D1, D2, D3 was increased by887.25kg/hm2, 686.70kg/hm2 and 467.85kg/hm2 respectively, D1, D2 yield was significantly higher than that of CK, and the yield of D1 was the highest;Slight changes in fiber quality of all treatments, and there was no significant difference in the average length of the upper half, the strength of the breaking strength, the uniformity, the elongation, the reflectance and the maturity index compared with CK. The value of the horse was larger than CK and the short fiber reduced, but the range of the value of the clone value was not changed. The short fiber had a negative effect on the quality of cotton.
