This test in Xinshikui No.5 as materials, with different concentrations of mepiquat chloride(DPC), paclobutrazol(PP333) and chlorocholine chloride(CCC), three plant growth regulator for the reagent to spraying on the leaf of sunflower, research for the sunflower plant growth, physiological characteristics and the influence of production quality, comprehensive analysis and evaluation of each index, the change rule of shrink festival amine, paclobutrazol and chlorocholine chloride on sunflower growth regulation effect of screening on quality sunflower growth, physiological index and output are suitable for plant growth regulator and concentration, as to provide theoretical basis for its application in the sunflower production and technical support. This research main conclusion as follows:1.Three plant growth regulator in the appropriate concentration can reduce the sunflower plant height, stem diameter increased, internode length, petiole length, leaf length, leaf width, indicators play a regulatory role for the growth of sunflower. From the aspects of plant growth regulator, which mepiquat chloridetreated control effect is best, followed by paclobutrazol processing, is chlorocholine chloride processing again. In concentration ways, three different optimal regulation of plant growth regulator concentration, mepiquat chloridetreating the best regulating the concentration of 400 mg/L(D4), paclobutrazol optimal regulation of concentration of 50 mg/L(P1), optimal regulation of chlorocholine chloride concentration of 1200 mg/L(C2).2.Three plant growth regulator can to a certain extent of sunflower function leaf have influence various physiological indicators, suitable to mepiquat chlorideconcentration, paclobutrazol and chlorocholine chloride can to a certain extent, improve the sunflower function leaf chlorophyll content, increase the accumulation of proline, soluble protein content, lower sunflowers function leaf MDA production, enhance the activity of SOD, POD and CAT protection, improve the plant physiological metabolism. From the aspects of plant growth regulator, the paclobutrazol processing control effect is best, followed by mepiquat chloridetreating, chlorocholine chloride processing again. In concentration ways, three different optimal regulation of plant growth regulator concentration, mepiquat chloridetreating the best regulating the concentration of 400 mg/L(D4), paclobutrazol optimal regulation of concentration of 50 mg/L(P1), optimal regulation of chlorocholine chloride concentration of 1600 mg/L(C3).3.Three plant growth regulator on sunflower plate diameter, single grain weight, the grain weight, seed kernel rate, leaf number, yield and grain crude protein, crude fat, grain width and so on all have influence. When appropriate concentration could significantly increase the sunflower seeds of crude protein, crude fat content, improve the quality of the sunflower seeds. From the aspects of plant growth regulator, the paclobutrazol processing control effect is best, followed by mepiquat chloridetreating, chlorocholine chloride processing again. In concentration ways, three different optimal regulation of plant growth regulator concentration, mepiquat chloridetreating the best regulating the concentration of 400 mg/L(D4), paclobutrazol optimal regulation of concentration of 75 mg/L(P2), optimal regulation of chlorocholine chloride concentration of 1200 mg/L(C2).In summary, three kinds of plant growth regulator in suitable concentration when both the sunflower can play a regulatory role, but the different kinds of plant growth regulator of its effects on the sunflower has a certain difference. From the point of types of plant growth regulator, regulation and control effect is the best multi-effect azole, followed by the CCC, the worst effects is shrink festival amine. Different kinds of plant growth regulator best of different concentration, the best control shrink festival amine concentration of 400 mg/L(D4), multi-effect azole optimal regulation of concentration of 75 mg/L(P2), optimal regulation of cycocel concentration of 1200 mg/L(C2).
