In Ziziphus Mil,Ziziphus jujuba var. Spinosa is one of the important wild fruit resources,which has strongest resistance and high researching value,so it is very useful resource in China.In this study,three hundred and sixty seven kinds of wild jujube germplasm resources from different provenances as materials analysis of quantitative traits and quality traits of variation jujube resources.According to morphological aspects reveal of each jujube germplasm genetic background and markers and combining SSR mole cular markers to study genetic diversity and relationships of each jujube germplasm,and together to build the core collection of the jujube germplasm resources.Core collection can provide the scientific basis for cultivation of jujube root stock,excavation excellent germplasm,conservation and utilization germplasm resources.Statistics the variation of fifty-two quantitative characters including straight thorn length,number of secondary shoot node,length of bearing shoot,leaf area,size of opened flower,fresh fruit weight,fruit shape index,stone weight,ratio of edibility et.al and seventeen qualitative characters including thorn,leaf shape,leaf color,fruit shape,fruit flavor,stone shape,stone wrinkle et.al of three hundred and sixty seven wild jujube germplasm.Quantitative characters variation range between 0.52% to54.44%(size of opened flower to starch content of fresh jujube),genetic diversity index between1.465 to 2.259(ratio of edibility to the width of saw tooth);The frequency statistics of qualitative characters are not equal between 0% to 96.28%,genetic diversity index between 0.251 to 2.443.There were obvious differences of quantitative characters from different proven- ances of variation jujube resources,the size of genetic diversity index were in sequence of Alaer(1.877)>Akesu>Neimenggu>Shandong>Shanxi>Hebei>Shan’xi( 1.087); There were significant differences of qualitative characters,the size of genetic diver- sity index were in sequence of Akesu(1.345)>Shandong> Neimenggu> Shanxi> Shan’ xi>Alaer>Hebei(1.006)Analysis every quantitative characters by using main compoent,get five compo-ents and total cumulative reached 82.046%.Twenty five characters including fruit shade,stone weight,fruit stone width,soluble sugar content of fresh jujube,number of stamen,leaf brightness,leaf length,leaf width et.al can better reflect the differences between the various characters.Four kinds of clustering methods for quantitative traits were analyzed,and finally determine the variable class average method is the most appropriate,and the morphology performance results show that it has abundant genetic diversity of wild jujube.For progressive study of 155 germplasm wild jujube,11 SSR loci each point detection number of alleles in 3~6,a total of 46 alleles,4.18 per locus,length between 152~238 bp. The average effective number of alleles is 3.1851,the average expected heterozygosity was 0.3732,Shannon’s information index is 1.2275,the results showed that wild jujube germplasm genetic diversity was rich. Germplasm genetic diversity among groups of zizyphus jujube germplasm resources in shanxi shannon index is the highest 1.1369, next is Alaer 1.1163, followed by the aral genetic diversity is the lowest in shaanxi province was 1.0275.By cluster sampling and random sampling method and combines the result of SSR molecularmarkers to construct 55 of wild jujube core germplasm resources,the sampling ratio is 20.4%. Core germplasm preliminary inspection, the coincidence rate and average coincidence rate, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of coincidence rate are 98.48%,95.24% and 98.48% respectively,t-test for candidates germplasm SPSS,the number of alleles,effective number of alleles,Shannon’s information index and Nei ’s diversity of retention rate were 95.65%,96.87%、97.33% and 99.02%,and builded the core germplasm was very good representative.
