In recent years, with the adjustment of agricultural structure and the improvement of living standards, people’s demand for vegetable is much stricter. At present, the vegetable planting mode is mainly planted.However, manual cultivation needs not only labor intensity, but also high cost and long cultivation period, so it is difficult to achieve high efficiency recovery. At present,the use of semi-automatic transplanting machine needs to be manually carried out and fed seedlings, and then the machine mechanical can finish the planting. The transplanting method is limited by the frequency of manual transplanting and feeding, and the efficiency is very low.Therefore, the research and development of high efficiency automatic vegetable transplanting machine directly decides the large area of planting vegetables in China.Based on the agronomic requirements of vegetable transplant and the existing seedling mechanism of the more mature seedlings, this paper studies the design of an automatic feeding device which can be used in seedling transplanting machine. The device comprises a horizontal intermittent feeding seedling mechanism and a longitudinal feeding seedling mechanism, which can be transported to the seedling picking position continuously. And it has stable operation,simple structure, and accurate feeding seedling mechanism; also it is suitable for long time operation in the field. The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)This paper summarizes and analyzes the seedling feeding device and working principle of common vegetable transplanting machine at home and abroad.2) On the selection of the common points in the market, the paper analyzes the working mechanism and the movement track of the rotary type picking mechanism, and concludes the design requirement.At the same time, the transmission scheme of double row bowl seedling transplanting machine is arranged.3)The specific design of horizontal and vertical seedling feeding mechanism. Through calculating and using two-dimensional drawing software CAXA 2013, the author draws screw shaft and incomplete gear intermittent motion mechanism. The screw shaft model is established by 3D software UG 6 in a curve winding way, and finally finishes the virtual assembly through the UG 6 horizontal seedling feeding mechanism. Seedling disc conveying mechanism, line control mechanism and driving mechanism of vertical line seedling feeding mechanism,respectively, their each detailed design and non-standard sprocket parametric mode is introduced by calculation and the use of software. And with the help of Visual Basic 6, it develops the "vegetable line driving mechanism of computer aided analysis software".4)Simulation software Adams 2013 is used to simulate the automatic feeding device, and the data curve of the parts is obtained, the design requirements are asked to verify the correctness of the theory.Through the finite element analysis software ANSYS 10 on the pendulum rod and a pendulum rod shaft and linkage plate linear static analysis and modal analysis of screw shaft.5)The design, machining, assembly of the prototype of automatical sending seedling device for double rows vegetables pot seeding transplanting machine and the analysis and summary of accuracy trial of the longitudinal feed seedling mechanismthe.Finally, field test prototype.
