As China’s urbanization and infrastructure construction boom has come to an end, the domestic urban construction is coming into the maintenance period. At the same time, China’s agriculture has entered the transitional period, in order to adapt to requirements of the large-scale mechanization on the field work, at all of governments is constantly increasing investment in the transformation of agricultural road infrastructure. The market of construction machinery urgent need small concrete production machinery with advantages of high degree of automation, flexible, being able to independently concrete the entire production process and short transport. Automatic loading concrete mixing vehicle meet these requirements, conforming to the requirements of the market. For manufacturing enterprises, it is an urgent need for in-depth research on the construction machinery and the theoretical basis for the production of enterprises to improve their products. Based on cooperation project "design of automatic loading concrete mixing vehicle ", from the perspective of the whole machine of automatic loading concrete mixing vehicle, the purpose of this paper is research on all aspects of the travel system. By theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental study as a research method, provide theoretical support for further optimize and improve the automatic loading mixing concrete vehicle’s travel system performance and developing of the new models.Basis in the extensive and in-depth literature reading, both at domestic and abroad is summarized on a wheeled vehicle walking the current situation of the development of the key technology of the system research and the hydraulic system. Analysis of the existing problems; choose travel system of automatic loading mixing vehicle as the research direction, research condition of comprehensive consideration of the platform to determine the research content is as follows:To automatic loading concrete mixing vehicle as the object this paper introduces the design scheme of the driving system of the mixing vehicle and the composition and working principle of the driving system. In depth study on the basic principle and realization method of the speed sensing control of walking variable pump. Integrated the advantages of the constant power and speed sensitive,a set of reasonable control strategy is summed up.Based on the tire-ground mechanics, the model of the dynamic and dynamic model of the automatic is established under the typical operating conditions. Based on the theoretical model, analyze the typical operating conditions of the system. The analysis shows that the driving torque distribution of the front and rear axle of the vehicle is related to the position of the vehicle’s center of gravity. A two wheel steering process in front and rear of the vehicle bridge drive torque ratio decreases with the turning radius decreases, eventually in front axle wheel provides only running resistance, and the formation of ‘parasitic torque’.Using AMESim to build the model of travel system of the hydraulic system and using Motion simulation platform of travel system multi-body system dynamics, tire and ground load environment simulation model, 1D+3D co-simulation of the two, analysis the correctness and accuracy of the combined simulation model is proved by the simulation results and experimental data comparison. Use the simulation model of theory analysis to conduct a comprehensive verification. Driving torque ratio before and after the bridge of vehicle increases with longitudinal center of gravity before and after the increase. The ratio of the driving torque of the front and rear axle of the vehicle decreases with the decrease of the steering radius.With the automatic loading concrete mixing vehicle as a prototype,design the testing program. By theoretical analysis and simulation of direction, develop vehicle driving system performance. By analysis of the experimental curves, test design, theoretical analysis and for the optimization.
