Corn is one of the most widely distributed crops in the world, holding the extremely important status in the food security problem. Maize pot seedling transplanting because no slow seedling stage can greatly improve maize yield, also has the germination rate is not affected by drought and spring flood, can increase the temperature of about 200 DEGC, reduce corn field growth period of 10 days. Combining with transplanting maize agronomic requirements, this paper analyzes the existent form of transplanting, on the market at present problems existing in the comprehensi ve transplanting machine at domestic and abroad:because the machine price is higher, automatic transplanting machine is generally used for crops. Semi-automatic pot seedling transplanting machine efficiency is low, the intensity of labor is big and also difficult to be used for maize transplanting corn,pot seedling transplanting equipment in the blank in the market. On this basis, this paper puts forward the ejection type corn pot seedling transplanting machine design scheme, its main features are: The tray transportation mode for continuous transmission, pot seedling dish using lever ejection type, through the guide blade device to pot seedling planting field. Complete transplanting machine overall design, transmission system design, main technical parameters, on the basis of the feasibility is validated by experiment, the key components of transplanting machine structure design, combined with modern design method, namely virtual prototype technology, 3 d modeling of the various parts, the whole machine assembly, and through the dynamics analysis of the key components, get the rationality of the certification body mechanics curve, finally the manufacturing of prototype development, through the ejector performance test test and verify the reliability of trans planting machine ejection mechanism, and through field experiment, further investigation for the comprehensive performance of transplanting machine and work quality. Concrete research content is as follows:(1)In combination with the agronomic requirements of the maize pot seedling transplanting in northern China, the present research situation of domestic transplanting machine was analyzed, and the design scheme of the transplanting machine of the top out type of corn pot seedling was put forward;(2)An analysis of the principle of transplanting machine, on the main characteristics of the ejection type transplanting machine overall design, transmission system design, and the determination of main technical parameters(3)By maize pot seedling of rollover test, verify the top a falling feasibility of seedlings, the seedling tray size and shape are determined according to the test results, the using of two-dimensional design software, AutoCAD key components of transplanting machine for structure design;(4)Combined with modern design method, namely virtual prototype technology, using UG NX8.0 transplanting machine key components for 3 d modeling, the whole machine assembly and interference checking. By UG and Adams interface into Adams software to complete the establishment of the virtual prototype using Adams/View complete virtual prototype test, the mechanical simulation analysis was carried out on the key components of planting monomer, authentication mechanism is reasonable;(5)According to the result of the above design, the manufacturing of physical prototype development, determine reasonable seedlings seedlings cultivation methods, and on this basis, the ejector performance test and field test, through the analysis of the ejection test the reliability of the pot seedling was out, through field experiment analysis for the comprehensive performance of transplanting machine and work quality. Aimed at problems in the process of debugging and test prototype, puts forward improvement scheme.
