Corn is main food crops in China,it is the most of the production in the word.It is also the primary material of fodder,medicine and chemistry.With the corn price rising,The problem has been emphasized which cost reduction of maize cultivation.Maize transplanting technology can improve the quality of the crops and increase output.Semi-automatic transplanting models’ s laborintensity is large in our country. Transplanting models abroad is structural complexity.This paper present a rotary free non-circular gear epicyclic train transmission corn pot seedling transplanting, which is on the basis of analyzing actuality of dry farmland transplanting machine inland and technical question in evolution. To establish parameters optimization aided analysis software and optimize the results that aim at the maize transplanting track and curvature change complex, target optimization difficulty,lots of parameters.To complete two dimensional graph model and three-dimensional models and kinematical simulation. To process part and equippe with the physical prototype.then doing an experiment on the test stand.To analyze the experimental result in order to provide the basis for trailing designing. This paper main research content is as follows:(1) To collect data and literature at home and abroad, To present a rotary free non-circular gear epicyclic train transmission corn pot seedling transplanting, which analyze actuality of dry farmland transplanting machine operating principle.To analyze the operating principle on the on the basis of the epicyclic train non-circular gear transmission principle.To set up the mathematical model and analysis the kinematics in order to establish a theory basis for auxiliary optimization software.(2)To introduce the each of the optimized software interface and regional function module by using the mathematical model for calculation and analysis and Matlab optimized software.To determine the eagle’s beak trajectory by using the agronomic requirements and structure design.To complete the picking up, delivery, throwing at a one-time,To get the optimal solution of structural parameters and initial installation position of epicyclic train by using the optimized software.(3) To complete the overall structural design,part drawing and assembly drawing by using CAD,which is based on the structure parameters and the initial installation location.To examine the planting institution 3 d model and assembly model by UG. To establish the virtual prototype through the interface between UG and Adams.To contrast the theory of trajectory and the simulation trajectory, analyze the kinematics curve of sharp point of clamping piece,then verify the mechanism design’s rationality.(4)To process the various parts and assembe prototype,then complete the physical prototype experiment.To contrast and analyze the physical prototype trajectory and simulation trajectory, the kinematics curve of sharp point of clamping piece and kinematics simulation curve,that is in order to verify mechanism design’s validity and feasibility.
