| With the development of vegetable seedling in China, already not suitable for the modern nursery industry, and rapidly increasing vegetable seedling, traditional nursery peat as raw material is produced, but due to the peat of the nonrenewable resources, looking for alternative items become peat needs to solve the immediate problem. Meanwhile, in China a huge amount of agricultural organic waste needs to be solved, how to use those agriculture organic waste of resource was a hot issue. Many studies have shown that, using agricultural organic waste to produce crop seedling is entirely feasible; this approach can alleviate the environmental pollution of agricultural organic waste, while also reducing seedling production costs for agriculture eco-organic materials,and it is great theoretical significance and practical value promoting of sustainable development of vegetable seedling industry. This test respectively to corn straw,rot cooked cow dung, husk, mushroom slag and cinder as raw materials, according to different volume of ratio made has T1(corn stover: composting manure: cinder = 50: 25: 25), T2(corn stover: composting manure: cinder = 25: 50: 25), T3(corn stover: composting manure: rice husk: cinder = 25: 25: 25: 25), T4(corn stover: composting manure: rice husk: cinder = 20: 30: 30: 20), T5(corn stover: composting manure: rice husk: cinder = 20: 20: 40: 20) and T6(corn stover: decomposed cow dung: mushroom slag: cinder = 25: 25: 25: 25) six species substrate formula, to has production substrate as control(CK), from substrate physico-chemical nature changes and nursery effect two aspects for evaluation and filter, respectively application raw and the clinker for cucumber nursery test, application clinker for tomato nursery test, and cucumber, and tomato of points disc nursery test, Correlation analysis and the determination of indicators, physico-chemical properties of different substrate effects on growth and development of cucumber, tomato, the main results are as follows:(1)Physical and chemical properties of substrate without decomposed. Total porosity of T1, T2 less than 60%, T5 and T6 substrate is alkaline, and the value of EC much more than high quality substrate.(2)Raw substrate effect on seedling quality. T1, T2, T3, T4, underground part was better than the control, but seedling index of control in all treatments were not significant. When applied to a tomato seedling, seedling survival rates after low. Adjusted raw substrate can be used for cucumber seedling, but cannot be used for tomato seedlings.(3)Fermentation of different physical and chemical properties of substrate. Fermented substrate total nitrogen content increased, total phosphorus, potassium loss, EC is high, but there is a clear downward trend in the fermentation process, bulk density range between 0.56~0.34g/cm3, total porosity can be reached 57%~74%. Apart from T1 to T6, and after the end of the fermentation C/N of remaining treaments is less than 20:1, but the overall index did not change significantly.(4)Clinker substrate-physical and chemical properties State: total porosity of T1 were below the threshold, p H and EC of T3 are fairly large, and other indicators are in line with the threshold of quality substrate.(5)Clinker substrate in cucumber seedling, T3, T4 is superior than control, seedling index sorted from large to small: from big to small T4>T3>T6>T5>CK>T1>T2;G value to: T3>T4>T6>T5>CK>T1>T2.(6)After fermentation substrate in tomato seedling, physico-chemical properties of the substrate was relatively stable, p H, EC values less volatile substrate of neutral and weak acid, EC values too large, available phosphorus and potassium was significantly higher than the control, available n content was significantly lower than control. T4, T5, T3 is superior to the other in the growth and development of tomato in the physiological indexes, can be considered as tomato seedling substrate.(7)In seedlings of T1, T3 can be used to plug seedlings of cucumber, T2 and T3 can be used to plug of tomato.In summary, substrate without decomposed can be used for cucumber seedlings. The clinker substrate T3, T4 can be used for cucumber seedlings, T3, T4, T5 can be used for tomato seedlings, T1, T3 can be used for cucumber plug seedlings, T2, T3 can be used for tomato plug seedlings. |
