Lead(Pb) is widely used in industry, it caused serious enviromental pollution, it is toxic to human and animals. At present, there were some cases of Pb pollutie animals by contaminated livestock feed in some individual regions. Pb deposition in animals damaged animal health and lead animals Pb poisoning. Selenium(Se) is a necessary trace element for animals,has a protective effect for heavy metal poisoning.This test is intended to discuss the antagonism of Se on chicken intestinal HSP, inflammatory factor mRNA expression and oxidative stress by Pb poisoning,provide for the reference of chicken intestinal Pb poisoning.One hundred and eighty 1-day-old healthy hyline male chickens preparatory feeding for 7 days were randomly divided into control group,Se group,Pb group,and Se+Pb group. Each group had 45 chickens and were fed for 30, 60 and 90 d, respectively. Control group was fed commercial diet(containing selenium 0.49 mg / kg) and drinking water; Se group fed Na2 Se O3-added commercial diet at the level of 1 mg/kg and drinking water;Pb group was fed the commercial diet and(CH3COO)2Pb-added drinking water, lead dosage 350 mg / L, according to the median lethal dose of 320mg/L; Se+Pb group was fed Na2 Se O3-added commercial diet and(CH3COO)2Pb –added drinking water. Food and water ad libitum. Fifteen chickens were randomly selected on the 30 th,60th,and 90 th day of the experiment in each group and the slaughter was performed. The jejunum, ileum, duodenum were removed immediately. Determined the mRNA expression of NF-κb,COX-2,TNF-α,PTGEs,iNOS,HSP27,HSP40,HSP60,HSP70,HSP90 and NO, H2O2, MDA, GSH content and iNOS, GSH-st,GSH-Px,SOD,T-AOC,CAT activity and histopathology.Our results showed:(1)Pb poisoning induced chicken intestinal the m RNA expression of NF-κb,COX-2,TNF-α,PTGEs,iNOS and NO content,i NOS activity increased and time effects,caused chicken intestinal inflammatory response and inflammation injury.(2)Pb poisoning reduced chicken intestinal the m RNA expression of HSP27,HSP40,HSP60,HSP70,HSP90(3)Pb poisoning caused chicken intestinal H2O2,MDA content increased;caused GSH content,GSH-st,GSH-Px,SOD,T-AOC,CAT activity decreased;caused chicken intestinal oxidative stress.(4)Pb poisoning caused changed in chicken intestinal organization.(5)Alleviation of selenium on chicken intestinal inflammation injury and oxidative damage caused by lead poisoning,and up-regulated the m RNA expression of HSPs reducing caused by lead poisoning...
